In part 2 , both in the general topics questions' and in the role playing part , make sure to use your Arabic correctly , your Fusha, grammar and as many phrases and collocations as you can. share personal experiences and DO NOT forget to elaborate when asked to. Do not be afraid to show your character or to even throw in a funny comment here and there; it will show how confident you are with using the language and can even make this experience fun and amusing rather than nerve raking for both people at the ends of that line. Get a piece of paper and a pen out on the table in front of you while you are on your phone. this method can help you keep track of your ideas and can also be a way to take small notes of the questions you are being asked to as to not forget any of the little details you are to answer . if you can't remember a specific word that you would like to use or that you think will make you stand out .DO NOT stress over it, on the contrary this could be a great opportunity to help you shine, as you will have to use more phrases and adjectives to get your message across by which you can show your examiner your skill. PHONE interview tips :

make sure that you visit the room you will be sitting in during your interview before the time of the exam.walk in it , feel the energy in the room i say spend more the 5 minutes in that area so as it is no more foreign. ( you want to make yourself as comfortable as possible )

talking on the phone while standing and even making hand gestures would help make you sound more comfortable and confident

walk around the room if you want to and smile as if you are faxing the interviewer in real life
