MIXED PLATTER

SPEC

1. Place 2 chicken wings in to fryer and cook for four minutes

2. Place hotdog and two corn on the cobs onto the chargrill

and cook for around three minutes to obtain chargrill lines,

at the same time place four halloumi fries into the fryer

and cook for three minutes, so that all are cooked and

ready at the same time

3. Place the pepper and onion mix onto the flat grill to warm

through

4. Once wings are cooked glaze the wings in the wok with

40grams of barbecue sauce

5. Once Halloumi is cooked glaze halloumi in the wok with

30g of sweet chilli sauce

6. Remove corn from the chargrill and place on flat grill and

glaze with the honey and pepper

7. Remove hotdog from chargrill and slice at an angle into ten

pieces and mix with the pepper and onions and 30g of

barbecue sauce
