Core commitments are troubleshooting, repair and calibration of electrical, mechanical and instrumentation equipment in a production and R&D environment. I program Allen Bradley PLC 5, 500, 5000 processors. Troubleshoot, repair and install Allen Bradley AC & DC variable speed drives. I design and program HMI programs using Wonderware Software. Program Panelview using Panelbuilder32 and Factory Talk Studio software and build machine panels and lab equipment as required. Work with several Rockwell communication platforms.

Other commitments have been to plan shop work, assign and manage work orders, PM’s, and calibrations through MP2 and 7i CMMS, monitor shop matrix through 7i reports, forecast future project costs and train mechanical and electrical apprentices. Currently I’m a member of ISO 9001 and 14001 audit team and longtime member of our emergency response team. I served as calibration coordinator for the lab for 2 years and managed critical spares inventory prior to automating process. I’ve also traveled local and abroad for factory acceptance testing.
