Dear Beauties, our very popular Miracle Area Retreat is in January and there are

only a few spaces left. Well done to Natalia and Bev—your spaces are booked! This will be a

wonderful girlfriend weekend away from the family—just for YOU! I’m sure you will deserve

these 24 hours after all the time you will give to your family over Christmas! Why not get

someone to treat you as a gift!? I looove the Retreat weekend in January; it’s fun, informative,

entertaining and will focus me on the New Year ahead! Come on, don’t

delay (£20 will reserve your place)—you know what’s good for you!

Last Monday we had a lovely get together at my house instead of our

regular Beauty Playground at the Village Hall looking at Christmas sales and how we can maximize sales for this season—have a look at

page 4 of this newsletter for more ideas!

Finally I’d like to share something with you...I had my picture taken last

week during a photo shoot and I really enjoyed it. We had a great photo-grapher, but the rea-

son I enjoyed it most was that I generally feel really good about myself!

Looking at these lovely pictures of me as a confident women, I can’t help

but reflect on the last 8 years of my Mary Kay journey.. From the humble

beginnings as a shy person with little self esteem to a confident new me! I

feel beautiful and I feel fulfilled—and I think it shows!

It really is down to the journey I have experienced with my Mary Kay busi-

ness and my Mary Kay girl friends. And you know, it is such a gift! Why

wouldn’t we want every woman out there to at least know about this unique

opportunity? Don’t keep it a secret! You might find someone like me, who

really needs it, but doesn’t know she does at the time!

Christmas Sales are in full swing! What are you offering your

customers? Gift wrapping service,

a basket of goodies for impulse

buys on the go, a Santa Wish list?

Whilst people might not find time for

a party, there will be opportunities for

Christmas party makeovers, pamper

sessions at the office or why not

schedule lots of mini appointments with your customers, where you

simply drop by for 15 minutes to drop of a new Look book,

show the new products and bring a basket of a few Christmas

goodies along? I’m sure I have told you the story of my customer

who ordered £70 of reorders, but ended up spending £140 with me

after looking through my basket of goodies (see picture). There is a
