FADE IN *

EXT. SMOKING AREA - DAY1A.

JAY is having a cigarette in the smoking area by himself looking bluntly at the college grounds. (Throughout the *whole script, keep reoffering back to the smoking area) *

MOTHER- (V.O.)In any story, there's always the good guys and there's always the *bad. Usually the good guys win and the bad loose, but in this story, *with people that hold a power they are neither good or bad. A power that each human possesses chooses the person's fortune; how they use *the power decides whether they're the good or the bad. Whichever *power they have and how they use it *shows the type of person that they *are, and however dark that person *can be, suddenly they can evolve *from the best to the worst. *

Jay breathes the smoke out and continues to stay seated within the smoking area. (smoke blurrs vision to next scene) *

EXT. FIELD SURROUNDED BY TREES - DAY3.

MOTHER- (V.O.)Those gifted enough to withhold a power are those usually less fortunate. Jay, a young boy only *aged 18, lost his mother due to an *unfortunate coincidence. Or was it *a planned event? Jay now attends *Ground View College within the city *of cambridge where he lives. *Without having anyone or anything *to watch over him, he lives by himself and keeps himself, to *himself. *

A group of boys are seen in the field all wearing black hoodies and looking at the floor, they suddenly all turn their heads and their eyes appear glazed.(See reversed time) *

MOTHER- (V.O.)The bad guys, stereotypically, *would be those three in the black.

themselves the timers.(timers, timers timers)(repeated audio) *

EXT. SMOKING AREA - DAY4.

Jay carries on smoking his cigarette (reversed smoke *returning to the cigarette) *

INT. CORRIDOR IN COLLEGE - DAY4B.

Jay is standing still at the end of the corridor, he stands strong as if he's in control of everything and everyone around him.

JAYShhhhh...(he puts his finger to his lips, smerks and disappears) *

EXT. SMOKING AREA - DAY6. *

Two girls are talking about Jay in the smoking area. *(returning to jay smoking, focusing on two different *characters) *

GIRL 1Do you know his power?

GIRL 2No, nobody does, i don't think that i've ever even heard him speak.

GIRL 1What's wrong with him?

The two girls spot jay.One of the girls clicks her fingers, *(slow time down) jay looks confused, shrugs subtly and *carries on smoking. *

MOTHER (V.O.)Jay's a quiet boy now, he never used to be, he was a happy boy full *of life, smiling all the time. *Life, i remember how it used to be, *its changed, since i've woken up, *since jay woke me up. *

Jay throws his cigarette on the floor, stands on the *cigarette and twists his foot to put it out. *

FADE OUT *
