Cancel lat ion Pol ic y• Treatments - we require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. If cancelled within 24 hours the appointment will be charged at 50%. This still applies if you wish to reschedule. Should you miss your appointment, 100% of the booking will be charged.
• Spa Days - we require 48 hours notice to cancel. Within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge, this will still apply if you wish to reschedule. If a Spa Day is missed or cancelled on the day, 100% of the booking is non-refundable.
Deposits• Appointments lasting 2 hours or more require a 100% deposit to secure the booking.
Gif t Vouchers• Must be redeemed within the date stated on the voucher.
• Are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or damaged.
• The voucher must be presented on the day of your treatment.
• Failure to attend your appointment will forfeit 100% of the vouchers value.
