Summary• The summary of this novel is that a girl that

has a nascar dream, and a guy with nascar nightmares. When their worlds collide, they will be forced to make difficult decisions that they would not see coming. Tim Carhardt has a rough life and tries to get away from his problems by joining another family, which is Jamie Maxwell's family.

Authors Bio.

• He was born in West Virginia in 1961, and grew up in a small time town like Dogwood. He was affected by his parents just like in Over The Wall. His brother’s were never the reading type but he loved reading books and then he started to write books.
