They claim (psychologist Fabien Dulcros of Paris; psychologist Ande Backovic of Podgorica) that the paintings emit an enormous amount of positive energy and have the power to heal. They attribute this to Tiho's careful selection of themes and colors that convey secret codes absorbed subconsciously by viewers. The main motif of Tiho's paintings is women, who in the golden section are the most perfect beings in nature. BACKGROUND

Tiho was born on July 29th, 1961 in Cetinje, a Mediterranean city in the very heart

of Europe. He studied at an art academy in Cetinje, Montenegro at the age of twenty-seven and was Valedictorian of his class. He spent five years in Italy (Rome, Florence

and Venice) and one year in Paris studying the masterpieces of the world’s best artists in

order to improve his own skills. Because he began his college career studying CivilEngineering, his extensive knowledge in the subject has contributed to the high level of 

creativity in his art. In addition to his background as a painter, Tiho has also involved

himself in the management of many projects in the field. Tiho’s interest in cultural artsled to his founding of the organization “ArtKok.” His involvement included themanagement of a city theatre, four music bands and various dance groups. He also ran the

only radio station based in Cetinje and managed it for several years.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

•  1998 - Exhibition attracted about eight thousand five hundred people, a worldrecord for the largest turnout ever documented at the opening of a single

exhibition (Source: Montena-Fax, an official independent statistical office inPodgorica).

•  1999 - Oil on canvas version of Mona Lisa, “Mona Lisa in timelessness”, was

recognized and documented by the Louvre Museum in Paris (record # P-JF-HM1803). Since then, the Louvre has been following his work and accomplishments

(1990 - 2007 (107 paintings, oil on canvas).

•  1999 - Asked to lecture at the academy of Paris 8 in France. This school is known

for being one of the best schools in the world for art critics and historic art.

•  2002 - Chosen to paint a portrait of Serbia and Montenegro’s President SvetozarMarovic. The portrait now hangs in the capital building of Montenegro.

•  2003 - Wrote a critically acclaimed script for a film, “Goli u Dusi” (Naked inSoul). Production of this film will begin soon.

•  2006 – Wrote and published a novel, “Marlen,” in which Tiho draws upon lifeexperiences to express his thoughts about art.

•  2006 - Donated the painting, “Montenegro,” which is currently being auctionedoff. Proceeds will go towards referendum in an effort to accommodate a smoother

transition of Montenegro to the European Union.

•  2006-2007 – “Not Everything Can be Touched by Finger”- TV Show Host andProducer (European Atlas TV).

•  Gave lectures at various other art universities in Europe as a guest speaker.
