Scope of solution:
Optical sensor to control loading levelof linear guide
Bowl feeder customized according to the grub
Linear guide customized in order to feed the grubs
Fastening nutrunner motor with automatic shut-off clutch built-in on a two strokes fastening slide. The customer will in turn install the slide on a positioning device or robot which is part of an existing assembly line.
Grub automatic picking stationUpon sensing grub presence through optical sensor, the grub is separated and pushed by a pneumatic piston into the motor holding nosepiece
