Telling you that Hannah and I lost track of all the Thank You’s we owe you looks bad on us… Telling you we lost track of all those Thank You’s because of the tremen-dous outpouring of love and generosity we received from you looks good on you! We were keeping a list, but honestly –you all made us feel so loved and special that we couldn’t keep up with our list with any confidence. I know it may not seem as sincere or heartfelt, but I pray you’ll accept this le5er from us as a token of our gratitude for your kindness. You have blessed us in abundance, and words can’t express the thanks we feel. So from the bo5om of our hearts, thank you. We have completed our move into our new house, and we’ve even almost go5en unpacked! The boys love how much room they have, and the backyard and cul-de-sac are perfect for running around like boys do. And as you know, there’s a certain excitement and freedom that comes with having a place to call your own. We’re so thankful to be experiencing that. Thank you for making us a part of your family. David Ellio& and family in the loss of his mother, Enice Lewis Thomas, who died on June 17th at Conway Nurs- ing Home. Burial will take place at a later date (David is active in our Deaf Ministry).

Diane Walker and family in the June 16th loss of her daughter, April Moreland. April passed away at her home after a long illness. She is survived by her husband, Brian and two daughters, Abby and Elizabeth.

Glenda and Dick Fulmer and family in the loss of her father, Parnell West, who died at the age of 89 in Kinston, NC, on July 13, after a long illness. A funeral was held on July 16 in Kinston.

Tammie, Lexi, Makaeley and Makenzey Bazen and family in the sudden death, on July 13, of husband and father, Stacey Bazen, who passed away in Aynor at the age of 40. A funeral was held in Pamplico, SC, on July 16.

► FUSE! Every Sunday morning at 11:10 am in the new building at 7202 Kings Highway!! FUSE is an exciting worship experience with relevant teachings.

► Sunday Morning FUSE Groups meet in the new building at 10:05 am, right before FUSE.

► A New Series during FUSE: “Breathing Room”: We live our lives so busy and fast-paced that when summer arrives, we bolt. Go on hiatus. Disappear. And we gear up for our next relentless season of marathon-running. But our continued lack of margin increases our stress and shortens our tempers. It makes the years fly by, spent on things that, in the end, we don't even value or love. Instead, we sacrifice the things we do. It can even affect our relationship with God because there's a connection between our willingness to create margin and our faith in Him to fill those gaps. What if we used this summer of rest to prepare ourselves for the upcoming season of chaos?

► Meet at the Beach is back! Every Tuesday at 10:30 am, students are to meet at the new building. We'll walk straight down 73rd Avenue to our tent. Bring a bagged lunch, your Bibles, bathing suits and plenty of sunscreen!

► Fantasy Lake Trip! We’re going the weekend before school starts. Meet at the church at 9am. Sign up with Catherine Meeks ASAP!

► Fall Retreat at the Lake House! September 27-29, so the water will be warmer and the weather will be perfect! Sign up with Jessica Hogan.

Sofas, chairs, ma&ress- es, kitchen supplies etc. but also items as simple as toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, feminine products, laundry soap, dish soap, Q-tips, diapers, wipes, bo&les and sippy cups.
