• Formed by a merger of three procurement companies: the former ce Consumer Electronic,
HPI Hoechst Procurement Intl. and 3KV GmbH. Followed by a majority interest in the C-parts
manager Mannesmannröhren Logistic GmbH (MRL) and the acquisition of IT-procurement
service provider TND AG as well as a majority stake in REW Energy AG - a purchasing and
logistics service provider for energetic refurbishment.
