Responsible for requirements analysis, architecture, design, implementation, testing and engineering documentation for new innovative BPM products and features targeted at many different markets including Financial Services, Government, Pharmaceuticals and Telecommunications. Responsible for ensuring that development uses industry standard technologies, processes and techniques, efficient and productive tools and techniques to develop feature rich, enterprise strength software products. This role will involve working as a key member of a small team in a collaborative, model driven, iterative development environment using leading edge development techniques and processes. This role will involve providing architectural direction and leadership for one or more product / product component This role will, from time to time, involve the technical leadership of one or more junior engineers.
