Welcome to the Ambition & Growth Conference 2018

As Founder and Chief Executive of Investing Women, I

am delighted to welcome you to our 2018 Ambition and

Growth Conference.

There is a wealth of untapped talent in Scotland – both in

potential women angels and female entrepreneurs.

Investing Women is a rapidly growing community of women angel investors;

female entrepreneurs pursuing growth; and a range of professionals who are

equally driven to support both. We have already invested in 10 companies

and frequently assist female entrepreneurs, not only by increasing the

financial capital available, but by offering education and highly focused

mentoring support through a team of experienced and capable members.

The purpose of this conference is to bring together all those sharing our

common ambition.

This year we are excited to welcome our fabulous headline speakers, panel

guests, workshop presenters and judging panel, and have been

overwhelmed by their enthusiasm and support.

Our AccelerateHER live final will be amazing. The calibre of entrants and

their business potential is superb, entry numbers have doubled, and we have

6 Growth Award winners joining us in Dubai and California to access serious

market building and investment opportunities.

Of course, all this would not be possible without the generous support of our

partners.

Thank you to all involved, including you our participants, for making this day

a reality - ensuring an outstanding event and exhilarating experience for all.

We have a day of non-stop engagement…prepare to be challenged, excited

and inspired.
