Diane has worked within the fullspectrum of retail including a retailerand as an advisor and consultant inretail property. Fraser DryburghAssociate, ArupFraser joined Arup in December 2016and is an Associate in the Logisticsand Operations Consulting Groupbased in London. He has extensiveexperience in strategic planning,including capital assets, operations,logistics, supply chain andprocurement. He has over 25 yearsof experience, formerly in the ArmedForces and latterly as a consultant ofnine years at Heathrow Airport withend-to-end accountability for thelogistics of Heathrow capitalprogrammes to £4.2bn.

Fiona Ellis-ChadwickSenior Lecturer in Marketing andRetailing, LoughboroughUniversity and Director of theInstitute for Research &Consultancy ApplicationFiona had a successful commercialcareer in retail management and sincebecoming an academic has beenworking on projects aiming to advanceresearch in the field of digital marketingand online retail management. She isalso co-author of two leading marketingmanagement text books.

Paul GallagherConsultant, JLL AutomotivePaul has over 25 years' experiencewithin the parking industry. Paul hasworked both on the operation side ofthe industry as well as on theadvisory side which gives him aunique insight into how the industryworks. Paul’s experience covers allaspects of car park management andoperation. Paul has a large amount oftransactional experience in car parksales, leasing, sale and leasebackand lease re-gearing. Paul alsoadvises clients on the ‘futureproofing’ of car parks going forward.

Andy GrahamDirector, White WillowConsultingAndy has particular experience in thebusiness of Intelligent TransportSystems (ITS), including extensiveexperience in data use in newmobility solutions, and the businesscase for deploying new services.

Andy is highly active in connectedvehicles and was until recently Chairof the ITS-UK Connected VehiclesGroup. He has worked closely withsat nav providers, vehicle makersand data providers looking at themarket for big data and analyticservices and has undertaken studiesfor the UK Government on thebenefits of connected vehicles.

He was recently awarded the ITS-UKPrize for Lifetime Achievement.

Keith WilliamsAssociate Director, Parking MattersKeith has been an innovator in thefield of payment systems and parkingtechnology solutions for more than 20years. During Keith’s tenure at parkingequipment supplier WPS he held anumber of senior managementpositions, including UK ManagingDirector and Group Product Manager.He led the development of e-paymentsystems, integrated validation systemsand solutions for controlling andenforcing on and off-street parking.

Keith is actively advancing theinnovative use of emergingtechnologies through his participationin the development of internationalparking and e-payment standards(IPIPS).

Nigel WilliamsManaging Director, Parking MattersNigel is a well-known figure in theEuropean parking industry. In thecourse of his 30-year career in theFrench and UK parking sectors, hehas acquired extensive knowledge ofall aspects of the business.

An architecture graduate fromCambridge University, Nigel has heldvarious positions including ManagingDirector of Vinci Park UK (now IndigoUK) and Development Director for Q-Park UK. He started Parking Mattersin 2008 and its French sister companyStatiom in 2013.

Nigel is Chair of the Board ofDirectors of the British ParkingAssociation. He is also a member ofthe European Parking Association’sBoard of Directors, as well as co-chair of the e-payment workinggroup.
