Throat Exercises To Stop Snoring
These exercises can strengthen muscles in the upper respiratory tract
and hence reduce your snoring.
1. Pronounce each vowel (a-e-i-o-u) out loud for 2-3 minutes. Do this a couple of times a day.
2. Position the tip of your tongue just behind your top front teeth. Slide your tongue backwards. Do it
for 2-3 minutes every day.
3. With your mouth closed, purse your lips. Hold for 30 seconds.
4. Open your mouth and move jaw to the right. Keep that position for 30 seconds. Do the same
on left side.
5. Open your mouth and contract the muscle at the back of your throat. Do this for 30 seconds.
