Add some fun in your email.

Do not write flat and boring emails that will only make your reader sleepy.

Write something jolly and energetic.

Add some attitude and cut through your reader’s mood.

3. Create a follow up email.

Once you have sent an email, make sure that you compiled a master list of the prospects that have you already sent an email to.

Write down the date so that you know when to follow up.

You must send a follow up email 3 days after sending the first one.

In the follow up email, tell your prospect that you are just getting in touch.

Tell them that you already sent an email on that particular date and that you are simply getting in touch with them to know if there is anything else they need or help which you can extend.

That way, your prospect will know that they are talking to a human being and that it is not a software generated email.
