How Much of the Ticket Price Actually Goes to the Fringe Artist?
1. The Fringe Artist selects a base ticket price between $8.50 per ticket to a maximum of $13.50 per ticket. Whatever base ticket price the Fringe artist sets, they get back... 100%!
2. The Calgary Fringe then adds a ticketing surcharge of $1.50 on top of the artist set base ticket price. That ticketing surcharge helps offset some of the Fringe box office related expenses, such as online
ticketing merchant fees levied by Visa, Mastercard, and Debit, box office support, and ticket printing.
