    Emphasizing value over all else, we took a chance on Kia a few years ago and the car has indeedperformed within expectations set by its price point (mysterious stop/start problems on the negativeside; getting us from point A to point B on the positive side). But, a noteworthy positive has been theexperience with the entire Kendall Kia staff. The sales process was evenhanded and fair - nopressure, no hardball tactics. The loan process was quick and efficient. Since then, I have had todeal with the service department quite a few times, mainly due to the mysterious stop/start problem(it turned out to be a faulty sensor, but it took 3 trips to figure it out; the car even stopped once on I-95!), along with routine oil changes and some warranty-related things. I have always found themfriendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Carlos is the primary customer associate I have dealt withand he always goes the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied.This is an important part of owninga Kia, as, like it or not, the low prices of such cars come with another price - the greater likelihoodof more trips to the service department than you would with a car that has a higher (much higher)

    Kendall Kia was an exceptional place, everyone was very welcoming and had a great attitude. Mysales consultant Agustin "Gus" Sobrino was very helpful explaining everything about the vehicle andprice options. I recommend Kendall Kia to everyone not only are the cars beautiful but the service isone of a kind.Daniela Perafan

    I usually shop for cars online, and once I have an idea of how much I have to pay I request quotesthrough email. That is exactly what I did with all Kia dealerships in the area. Kendall Kia sent me akind email inviting me to come in, to which I replied requesting again for a quote. they sent me thepicture of the model and asked me to call them; again, I asked for a quote. After a few hours ofwaiting they sent me an email asking about my shopping experience, as anyone can assume I saiddisappointing, and explained why. In the same email I asked for a quote once more and theyresponded that they were sorry for the inconvenience and to please provide them with a numberwere they could contact me... RIGHT!!! I will never bother looking into this dealership again. Irecommend Miami Lakes Auto Mall, Braman or any other.A Google User

    RUDE, THEY DON'T CARE. I went their yesterday to to test drive the Kia Sorrento 2012 has I wasready to buy, $12000 to put down. The salesman was rude, showed really no interested all he saidwell incentives are depending if you qualify. Start discussing the price before even showing me theinside of the car, letting me test drive, "wait what is that called" sell your product...get the customerto LOVE the product so the selling is a success. At the end of the day...the dealer looses out...cause get what I had $12000 to put down and just finance the rest.. So guess what went to anotherdealer that did want my business and made me feel like a valuable customer. Let's see how longKendall Kia will be in business for. OH the by way if the sales rep needs or this dealer needs sometraining on how to sell please let me know.A Google User

    Rude, dishonest, just plain horrible waste of time and effort. I went there 4 times and didn't anyinformation on the Soul and my credit approval. Alot of running around to get the run around. I wasable to contact Arturo from Braman Kia and he did give me all the information I needed and I wasdriving home in my leased Soul shortly there after with no hassle what so ever!!! I can't standKendall Kia....I won't even go there for service even though I live close to them. I will be going all theway to Braman Kia for service and I am extremely sure that when my lease is up I will be buying orleasing from Braman Kia as well.A Google User

    Horrible everything. My wife and I wanted to just sit in a Kia Soul just to see the space and theywouldn't let us do that without first sitting down, grabbing a copy of our licenses and getting moreinformation.... then the manager approaches us after we are questioning as to why they need thatinfo to just sit in the car. he kept asking if we were upset even though all they had was one stockbasic kia soul manual. so after we decided to say were going to another dealer ship and themanager gave us his hand and said go ahead. that's no manager..A Google User

    On August 23rd I contacted Kendall Kia I spoke to David Allen by phone and we had discussed thecar and the amount I was willing to pay for the Kia Forte and that I didn't not have a down payment.On the 24th of August David Allen called me and inform me that him and Steve from Finance wasworking to get me approved but I needed to put a down payment I offered $1000.00. On August the25th David called me once again and told me that I was Finally approved by Capital One but theywanted $2600 down. He had told me I was 100 %approved. Then around 3:00 pm David Allen calledme asking for copies of my pay stubs to send to Capital One. David Allen called me once again at4:00 pm and told me that I was approved for the car and told me to come in to the dealer and pickout the car that I wanted. I picked the car after work I wanted the KIA Forte SX but they said I wasonly approved for the EX. The next evening which was August 26th I went back to the dealer at 5:30pm to sign all the paper work when we got there Steve from finance was off so we ended up talkingto Joe Debesa and as we were filling out all the paper work, I had asked him personally Severaltimes are you sure I am finally approved and he said yes that the worst thing is that I would have topay a high interest of 16.78 %. I signed the sales contract & took my new car home. I got a callfrom Joe Debesa on August 31st telling me that I was not approved and that I needed a co-signer toget approved to have more income, not to worry about the persons credit , just the more income , Itold him my brother could do that and he told me No cause we didn't live in the same house. All thisafter taking delivery of the car and have asked several time the day that I signed the contract aboutif I was finally approved and he saying the worse will be I will pay a high interest of 16.78 %, So Icontinue to contact people to see and finding solutions. I called Joe Debesa and he will keep

    making excuses and getting more rude and aggressive with me over the phone like if he was tryingfor me to give up on the car, I started noticing the behavior the he was not interested in me keepingthe car, just after I will get the thing he will ask for it, he will said no is not enough. He even told meto fake pay stubs for a part time job but I refuse to have to do that.. I then try to contact David Allenbut he was also rude and aggressive over the phone, all this while I was at my job, I started crying, Ihad heart palpitations, all my coworkers telling to calm down, for days I put my work at riskbecause the way I was treated. Then he kept calling me and harassing me for things I told him Ididn't have or I couldn't get. Then I get the call Joe Debesa telling me that I have to return the car, Iimmediately I comply took the car back September 1st I returned the car at 1:30 pm hoping to getmy down payment of $2600 at the same time that I return the vehicle, they inspected the car andgave a receipt that the car was in excellent return condition, but there was no check Joe Debesatold me that the check request would be sent out at 3:00 pm that I would have the check after 11am the next day, at this point Joe was talking to me with an attitude and very disrespectful and hedidn't not apologize for anything. I called Joe Debesa at 12:00 pm the next day to ask for my checkand he told me that it was not ready that it went out on the morning run to the accounting dept. Ihad told him that he had told me that the check would be ready after 11:00 am and he got loud with

    me and was really rude and yelling at me so I hung up on him. At 5:30pm I went to the dealer and Icalled the police officer to have a police meet me there because of the way he was behaving overthe phone aggressive and rude when the police officer got there I explained everything that KendallKIA dealership had put me through when we walked in to the dealer everything changed they hadthe check for $2600.00.A Google User

    These guys used to be a very reputable dealership - now they charge for everything! I went in to geta light code cleared (under warranty!) and had to pay $90 just to get my car back. I now take it up toWilliams Kia in Delray Beach - shame on you Kendall Kia!A Google User
