Threadfin founders were leaders of the redefinition of the IT Services industry during the rapid

adoption of the Internet in the 90’s.

Professional Services companies. The process we developed and deployed was PDIOO - Plan, Design,

Implement, Operate, and Optimize.

These processes are used in all facets of project definition and delivery. We strongly
