The Thora-3DI™ provides the surgeon, doctor or consultant with the first true bedside image of the patient’s pulmonary function. Generated by measuring chest wall movement in a non-contact, non-radiological methodology, Thora-3DI™ provides an in-depth and previously unobtainable level of patient information. The data is displayed in traditional formats, as a 3D interactive diagram and can be viewed as regional volume movements or regional percentage

contributions of the pulmonary space. The Thora-3DI™’s mobile design allows it to be quickly set-up anywhere in the hospital and utilised to quickly gather pulmonary benchmark and performance data for use in patient assessment. The innovative 3D and regional performance outputs provide critical lung assessment data in a range of settings including Thoracic Surgical Wards and Respiratory Function Labs.

By measuring the chest wall movement during aspiration, the Thora-3DI™’s PneumaView™ 3D software can segment the overall patient lung function into various regions; allowing the clinician to better understand the patients lung function.
