Wedding Ceremony We have beautiful locations within our hotel grounds where the wedding ceremony can

take place. The ceremony venue will be set up with a table for the Marriage Officer,

dressed in white linen, together with white covered chairs for the guests or white Chiavari

chairs. Alternatively, wedding ceremonies can be held in a local church or town hall, with the

dinner reception held in one of our scenic venues afterwards. Ceremonies outside of the

hotel must be arranged with the Thomas Cook Wedding Department.

The Wedding Dinner can take place at a venue of your choice. We will cover your tables

and chairs in white linen. Decorations are bookable via the Thomas Cook Wedding

Department.

The Hotel hosts only one wedding per day

Sentido Thalassa Coral Bay is an Adult Only hotel, therefore family & friends attending the

wedding must be above the age of 16 years.

Our Wedding Venues

The Beach Bar Allow the Mediterranean Sea to become part of your ceremony. This private and

breathtaking venue is an idyllic location for a civil ceremony, drinks reception and an

intimate dinner reception.

Chair bows, flowers or any decor shown in the venue photos are optional extras, bookable with Thomas Cook

Coral Blue Garden

The Coral Blue Garden is a pretty garden area in a private, elevated position offering

breath-taking views of the Mediterranean Sea and the stunning coastline. This private venue

is a perfect choice for small or larger wedding ceremonies.

The Psari Restaurant Terrace

With panoramic views over the Mediterranean and the famous Coral Bay beach, Psari

is a beautiful setting for a romantic dinner. The terrace can host dinner receptions

from 10 to 40 guests. This chic venue is enhanced by melodious back ground music.


Food and Beverage

At the Sentido Thalassa we have a number of options for your wedding dinner. We also

offer a choice of canapés which can be served at your drinks reception or later in the

evening. We also cater for Vegetarians and guests with special dietary requirements.

Gala Dinners

The Gala Dinner Menus are available to parties of all sizes and can be mixed and

matched, however, we do ask that all guests choose the same dish for each course. For

example, you may all choose the Starter from Gala Dinner Menu 1, the Main Course from

Gala Dinner Menu 3 and the Dessert from Gala Dinner Menu 2. Our Gala Dinner Menus

offer a choice of 6 courses, which are served to the table by Waiters.

Please note: Gala Dinner Menus are only available for Dinner Receptions being catered for

at the Psari Restaurant (as a private venue only).

Wedding guests staying at the S e n t i d o T h a l a s s a C o r a l b a y H o t e l o n an All

Inclusive basis will receive 15% per adult deducted from the cost of the wedding menu

chosen. Drinks

Non-residents of the Hotel must purchase a Wedding All Inclusive drinks pass.

Wedding guests staying at the H o t e l on an All Inclusive basis will not be charged for

All Inclusive drinks at the private wedding bar.

Terms & Conditions

1. Weddings are accepted and confirmed after availability is checked with the Hotel if the

date and venue is available. It is highly recommended to have prior notice of minimum

40 days prior to the Wedding in order to avoid any disappointment. 2. At the time of booking it is essential to indicate which venue within the hotel you have

chosen for your ceremony. We advise you to also choose your reception venue at time

of booking your wedding ceremony. If you do not indicate which reception venue

you would like, we cannot guarantee a choice of venues when you arrive in resort.

3. For all Weddings, the hotel must be informed of the specified attendance number of

persons, at least fourteen working days prior to the Wedding day. 4. If you require entertainment, such as a DJ/Back ground music for your wedding

party, this must be booked through the hotel or Thomas Cook. Entertainment at

outdoor venues must end at 11.00pm.

5. Weather Policy: As a courtesy to our couples we will move the event to an indoor

location for no additional charge in the event of poor weather conditions.

6. Disclaimer Policy: The hotel will not be held responsible for any items of clothing,

floral bouquets or displays, table decorations, wedding cake stands or, any other

item(s) brought into the hotel from an external supplier that are lost or stolen, if such

items are left behind after the wedding party have vacated the area. It is the

responsibility of a member of the wedding party to remove any item(s) the couple

have arranged or provided.

7. The management reserves the right to change the prices in this brochure and any

Menus without prior notice.

8. For Health & Hygiene reasons Wedding Cakes must be booked via the hotel or

Thomas Cook.

9. The standard set up of wedding venues is included in the venue fee: (for the ceremony)

ceremony table with white linen cloth and white chair covers and (for dinner

receptions) white linen table cloths and white chair covers. Any flowers, arches, chair

bows, lanterns etc. you may see in any photos are available at an extra charge.

Decoration of venues is optional and something that can be arranged with the
