Get your Pancake Day Shirts Pancake Day t-shirts are available at the Chamber of Commerce, Jim Irelan Men's Wear, Flower Center and Bradley Hall. We have Pancake Day caps, too! Items are also available online through the Chamber's website http://centervilleia.chambermaster.com/store. Modeling the shirt is 2013 Miss Pancake Day Maddison Lange.

The Friends of the Drake Public Library 2014 Raffle is underway

The drawing for the prizes will be held on Tuesday November 4, 2014. Our featured item is

a 90x90 cross-stitched quilt suitable for most queen or king sized beds. In addition to the

quilt we have another 26 prizes that have been donated by local merchants and friends. We

have several handmade items plus several gift certificates. A complete list of prices with

pictures is available at the library. Tickets are $1.00 each or 6/$5.00 and you may purchase

them at the library or send your check to the: Friends of the Drake Public Library, 115

Drake Ave, Centerville, IA 52544. Please include your phone number and address labels for

each entry if available. All proceeds will be used to support the Drake Public Library and to

promote literacy.
