This multi-week program will take users through the complete lifecycle of Robotic Automation, and prepare students for Accreditation.

Course OverviewThis course is series of sessions to upskill students with using Blue Prism in a business situation

Pre-requisitesBefore taking this course, you must: Have previously taken and completed the Blue Prism Foundations Course, as well as the Advanced Concepts: Surface Automation Course.

Practitioner Course offeringsDeep Dive Workshops

The Practitioner course will take a student throughout the entire Lifecycle process. Each stage will have a deep dive session to understand better the outputs at each phase of the automation process. The student will be required to complete scenarios and reproduce documents based on the training they receive as if they are working for a client. Courses Include:

Initial Process Analysis • Half Day • VariousA Half day course that covers the Initial Process Analysis. Provides a breakdown of the analysis and how it is used through the ROM process.

Process Definition Document (PDD) Workshop • 1 Day • In PersonThis workshop will cover the PDD process. The course provides a breakdown of the document, how to interpret the document for Development Purposes as well as strategies and methods to develop your PDD internally.

Functional Requirement Questionnaire • Half Day • VariousA Half day course that covers the Functional Requirement Questionnaire. Provides a breakdown of the analysis and how it is used through the ROM process.

Solution Design Document (SDD) Workshop • 1 Day • In PersonThe workshop with cover the Solution Design Document. The course will break down the document, how it is interpreting the document for Development purposes, as well as to how to build and develop your own SDD document.

Operational Impact Document • Half Day •VariousA Half Day Course that covers the Operational Impact Document and how it is used in the Rom process. Focus on how this impacts developers.

Process Design Instruction • 1 Day • In PersonA Full day course that details the Best Practices and methods of creating a scalable and manageable Process within Blue Prism.

Object Design Instruction • 1 Day • In personA Full day course that details the Best Practices and methods of creating objects within Blue Prism. The focus is on the scalability and management of these objects within the system.

The Scheduler • 1 Day • In PersonThis full-day course looks into the Scheduler role within Blue Prism and focuses on how to best manage schedules for your processes, as well as how to create and manage reports.

Control Room • 1 Day • In PersonThis full-day course looks at the Control room and the role of the Process Controller. Emphasis is placed on the control room, its functions, and Best practices on how to run the area.

Exception Handling • 1 Day •In PersonThis full-day course looks at the crucial area of Exception Handling and how to build strong exception Handling within Blue Prism.

Practitioner Consolidation Course • Multi-day •In Person/Self PacedThis is capstone course for the Practitioner program. Students will be given a number of processes that they will need to document, and fully automate using the entire lifecycle process. The course will include processes using multiple systems, as well as a Thin Client scenario for implementation. Student will be required to produce the documentation from the course and successfully implement the process within Blue Prism.
