We manufacture steel mesh panel solutions as well as an extensive range of accessories. Together they form tailored solutions for companies all over the world.

The mesh panels are made of 100 % high-quality steel. The manufacturing process ensures a consistently high quality and the majority of the assortment is standard

products.The products are manufactured in our factories in Hillerstorp, Sweden; Calco, Italy; Chicago, USA; Kingswinford, England and Shanghai, China. In order to optimize and develop the assortment, our production department works closely with other departments within the company.

Troax Test Center is the heart of our business. Here our products go through tough tests to maintain a high standard. It’s not an easy job; it takes a lot of time, effort, and fighting spirit, but it’s always worth it, because our aim is to keep you safe.

When it comes to security, we like to play it safe. We never take chances, shortcuts, or gamble. That’s why we perform impact tests on our product systems including panels, brackets, retainers, and anti-collapse systems in our Test

Center. The results are good; they often exceed standards and directives for various markets.

TESTED BY TÜV RHEINLANDWe use the organisation TÜV Rheinland to certify our test methods. TÜV Rheinland is short for Technischer Überwachungsverein, which means Technical Inspection Association. The organisation consists of independent consultants who validate the safety of products and services of all kinds in order to protect humans and the environment against hazards. Because TÜV Rheinland has very strict requirements for the approval of a product or service, the certification is one of the strongest quality marks internationally.

OUR LINE IS TOP OF THE LINEIt’s one thing to be a world leader, it’s another to develop products that are world leading. That’s why we are pleased to have the world's largest and most efficient production line. Thanks to the size and the plan arrangement, the production line helps us develop innovative, powerful, and strong steel mesh panel solutions.

A brand new paint line, which increases flexibility and quality, was launched in 2016. Although the old paint line has long been completely free from solvents, the new one makes us better equipped to meet future environmental requirements.

SHOW YOUR TRUE COLOURSWhat do you prefer? Baby blue, lemon, or jungle green? Our mesh panels and systems are available in any colour you like, although grey is the preferred colour because it’s easy to see through.

When it comes to colours the rules and safety requirements are becoming more stringent by the day. Nowadays the colour of mesh panels surrounding a robot or machine must allow good supervision. This is why most customers choose our standard colour grey, as it is the easiest to see through.
