Apergy Artificial Lift’s Norris Rods business unit leads the industry in the design and manufacture of API certified sucker rods and accessories. Our UPCO division delivers high-quality, high-value sucker rods and associated equipment to customers seeking fit-for-purpose rod pumping solutions. Our Alberta Oil Tool division manufactures many of our rods and accessories—everything from specialty drive rods for progressing cavity pumps to rod couplings to butterfly valves. Pump TrackingHarbison-Fischer offers a pump tracker software that is free of charge to all of its customers. This is a comprehensive online database where customers can access and look at only their own well information. The customer can request reports such as reasons pulled, component failure, days ran, etc.

With the assistance of the Pump Tracker software, our Techincal Services team can develop and provide continuous KPI assessments and report at desired intervals, routinely monitor/analyze data to identify trends, and identify repeat or unique failure events. During a Well Review, an H-F Technical Services team member will use all the collected data to determine and collaborate with the customer to apply a corrective solution.
