This application form is for young weavers who wish to apply for the course “Certificate in Design and

Enterprise Management” (CDEM) in The Handloom School (THS). CDEM course is of one year of which 5.5

months is classroom cum internship.

Terms and Conditions of The Handloom School

दी हैण्डलूम सू्कल के र्नयम एवं ितें

1) Terms and Conditions of Information sharing

सूचना के आिान प्रिान से सम्भांदित दनयर् एवां शतें

a. Information provided by me is absolutely correct to my knowledge and

understanding. In case it is found false; The Handloom School can suspend me

from the course without paying any dues whatsoever.

इस फार्म र्ें रे्रे िारा िी गयी सर्स्त जानकारी पूणमतया सही है. अगर रे्रे िारा िी गयी कोई

भी जानकारी ग त पाई जाती है तो िी हैण्ड ूर् सू्क , दबना कोई भुगतान दकये, रु्झे कोसम

से दनष्कादर्षत कर सकता है.

b. I will not share any designs, samples etc to anyone without written permission from

The Handloom School Management.

र्ैं िी हैण्ड ूर् सू्क प्रबांर्धन िारा द स्खत अनुर्दत के दबना दकसी भी दडजाइन, नरू्ने,आदि का दहस्सा

दकसी से भी शेअर (साझा) नही करुगा।

2) Financial Terms and Conditions

दवत्तीय दनयर् एवां शतें

a. The Handloom School pays stipend at the rate of Rs. 300 per day per student for

“all working days”.

िी हैंडिूर् सू्कि िुवारा टर े लनग के िुवारा प्रतेक र्लहिा को Rs. 300/- प्रलत लिन के लहर्ाब रे् वजीफा िेने

का प्राविान है

b. Half of the stipend (i.e. Rs 150 / day) will be paid on a fortnightly basis. The

remaining half of the total stipend amount will be paid together on successful

completion of the course by the student.

स्टाइपेंि की आिी रािी (Rs.150 प्रर्त कायि र्दवस) प्रर्त 15 र्दन के अंत में प्रदान की जाएगी. शेर्

आिी राशी कायमक्रर् को र्फिता िूवमक िूरा करने िर ही प्रिान की जाएगी.

c. I understand that I will not be paid any stipend for weekly off (Tuesday) and any

other declared holiday.

साप्तादहक अवकाश (रं्गिवार) या अन्य दकसी अवकाश पर यह वजीफा या स्टाइपेंड नही ां दिया

जायेगा अिामत केव कायम-दिवश का ही वजीफा या स्टाइपेंड दिया जाएगा.






स्द्फ्स

d. The training period of the young weavers at The Handloom School is a total of 5.5

months. During this period, if any student is absent without permission on any day, or, for

any reason the course is left incomplete, then the remaining stipend will not be paid.

िी हैंड ूर् सू्क र्ें युवा बुनकर का यह प्रदशक्षण का कु 5.5 र्ाह का है इस बीच यदि कोई

छात्र/छात्रा एक भी दिन दबना अनुर्दत के अनुपस्थित रहता/ती है या दकसी भी कारण कोसम को

अरु्धरा छोड़ता/ती है तो उसका बादक वजीफा(स्टाइपेंड) नही ां दिया जायेगा.

e. I understand that The Handloom School pays stipend directly into bank account. Under

no circumstances this amount will be given as cash.

यह राशी केव स्वयां के बैंक अकाउांट र्ें िी जाएगी. कोई भी पररस्थिर्त में यह रार्ि नकद के रूप में

नही ंदी जाएगी.

f. The Handloom School pays for end to end travel of student upon production of valid

receipts/tickets. However no reimbursement for food or related expenditure en-route is

provided.

िी हैंडिूर् सू्कि सू्टडेंट्र् के घर रे् कैं िर् तक आने का खचम का भुगतान र्ही लटकट प्रसु्तत करने िर करता है.

रासे्त र्ें खाने व अन्य चीज़ो ंिर लकये गए खचम का भुगतान नही ंलकया जाता है.

g. The Handloom School in its campus manages accommodation and food for students

free of cost.

िी हैण्ड ूर् सू्क अपने कैं पस र्ें छात्रोां के द ए रु्फ़्त आवास और भोजन का प्रबांर्ध करता है.

h. The Handloom School issues Smartphone to all the students for a period of one year.

Against value of smartphone, caution money is kept by The Handloom School from

total due stipend. Whenever student returns the smartphone in good working condition,

this amount will be reimbursed. Deduction can be made for any damages to the

smartphone/accessories.

िी हैण्ड ूर् सू्क एक वर्षम की अवदर्ध के द ए सभी छात्रोां को स्माटमफोन जारी करता है। िी हैंड ूर्

सू्क िारा स्माटमफोन की कीर्त के बराबर कु स्टाइपेन्ड/वजीफा र्ें से कासन र्नी रखी जाती

है. छात्रोां के िारा सही स्थिदत र्ें स्माटमफोन ौटाए जाने पर इस रादश का भुगतान छात्र के

अकाउांट र्ें दकया जाता है. स्माटमफोन / सहायक उपकरण के क्षदतपूणम होने पर दनयर्ानुसार शेर्ष

रादश काट कर वापस की जाएगी.






फफग्द्ग

i. Students of The Handloom School participate in different programs like internships,

exhibitions etc. which involve travel and stay outside Maheshwar campus. I agree

to take part in all these activities. I have understood that The Handloom School will

arrange my stay and travel to these locations. The Handloom School in addition to

this will pay me Rs. 250 per day as my daily allowance. I will be responsible for

covering my food, local travel and other expenditure with this daily allowance.

िी हैण्ड ूर् सू्क के छात्र दवदभन्न कायमक्रर्ो जेसे इन्टनमदशप, एस्िदबशन्स आदि रे् भाग

ेते है दजसरे् र्हेश्वर पररसर के बाहर रहना और यात्रा करना शादर् है. र्ैं इन सभी

गदतदवदर्धयोां र्ें भाग ेने के द ए सहर्त हाँ।रै् जानता हु दक िी हैण्ड ूर् सू्क रे्री प्रवास ओर

यात्रा की व्यवथिा करेगा। इस के अ ावा िी हैण्ड ूर् सू्क िैदनक भते्त के द ए रु्झे 250

रुपये प्रदत दिन की िर से िेगा|

j. The Handloom School invests more than Rs. 1.8 Lakhs per student; therefore it

doesn’t encourage any dropouts. If any student leaves the course any point of

time, s/he will not be paid any stipend or return travel allowance. Also such student

will not be allowed to join course in future. Students who are found not to study or

take weaving practical seriously may be expelled from the course by The

Handloom School Management.

िी हैण्डिूर् सू्कि प्रलत छात्र िर 1.8 लाख रुपये रे् अलिक लनवेश करता है। इर्लिए यहााँ लकर्ी भी

सू्टडेंट को कोर्म छोड़ने की अनुर्लत नही ं है। यलि कोई छात्र कोर्म को अिूरा छोड़ता है, तो उरे्

लकर्ी भी स्टाइिेण्ड/ वजीफा भुगतान या यात्रा भत्ता नही लिया जाएगा। इर्के अिावा ऐरे् छात्र को

भलवष्य र्ें िाठ्यक्रर् र्ें शालर्ि करने की अनुर्लत नही ंिी जाएगी। जो भी सू्टडेंट ध्यानपूवमक कोसम

र्ें पढाई और बुने पै्रस्क्टक नही ां करें गे उिें िी हैंड ूर् सू्क कोसम के बीच र्ें बाहर

करने का अदर्धकार रखता है.

k. Any damage done to equipments, building, classroom furniture etc. is liable to

recovered from the student.

यदि छात्र िारा िी हैंड ूर् सू्क की दबस्डांग, इस्िपर्ेंट, फनीचर इत्यादि को दकसी भी

प्रकार का नुक्सान पहुाँचाया जाता है तो इसका खचम सू्टडेंट से द या जाएगा.






3) Terms and Conditions related to Behaviour

व्यवहार से सम्बांदर्धत दनयर् एवां शते

a. I will behave responsibly and will not undertake any activities which cause

disrespect or abuse to any student, staff of The Handloom School or

neighbours. Any case of misbehaviour will be taken seriously and student

can be expelled from the course. Student in case of expulsion will also lose

any due stipend.

र्ैं अपने व्यव्हार के प्रदत दजमे्मिार रहाँगा और ऐसी दकसी गदतदवदर्ध र्ें शादर् नही ां

होऊां गा दजससे िी हैण्ड ूर् सू्क के दकसी भी छात्र या कर्मचाररयोां का अनािर हो या

दकसी भी प्रकार की चोट पहुांचे। दकसी भी प्रकार के िुव्यमवहार को गांभीरता से द या

जाएगा और छात्र को पाठ्यक्रर् से दनष्कादसत दकया जा सकता है। दनष्कासन के र्ार् े र्ें

छात्र अपनी स्टाइपेण्ड/ वजीफा खो िेंगे।

b. I understand that The Handloom School doesn’t allow any student to swim in

the Narmada River or any pond. If I do so, I will be solely responsible for my

act and The Handloom School will have no responsibility.

रै् जानता हु दक िी हैण्ड ूर् सू्क दकसी भी छात्र को नर्मिा निी या दकसी भी ता ाब र्ें

तैरने के द ए अनुर्दत नही ां िेता है। यदि र्ैं ऐसा करता हु,तो रै् पूणम रूप से स्वयां

दजमे्मिार रहाँगा और इसरे् िी हेण््ड ूर् सू्क की कोई दजमे्मिारी नही ां होगी।

c. I have been informed that no leaves are allowed during classroom and

internship segment, except break / vacation of 15 days the dates of which

will be decided by The Handloom School management.

रु्झे सूदचत दकया गया है दक कक्षा और इांटनमदशप के िौरान दकसी भी प्रकार की

छुट्टी की अनुर्ती नही है, 15 दिन के सारू्दहक अवकाश को छोड़कर. 15 दिन

के सारू्दहक अवकाश का दनणमय िी हैंड ूर् सू्क का रै्नेजर्ेंट ेगा.






फ्ग्द

d. I have carefully checked that I don’t have any family marriages, functions,

school/college examinations or any other planned event requiring my

presence during the 5.5 month coursework. Only, in exceptional cases of

medical or legal emergencies student will be permitted to go by The

Handloom School Management.
