From the Chairman…

Just as I predicted in the last newsletter, the major news media are portraying this presidential election as being extremely close. Carefully being ignored is the all important factor that the electoral vote (which is what really determines the next president) continues to favor Obama. Let me explain. There are only 18 states that lean toward Obama, but they have 237 electoral votes. Twenty four states favor Romney but they have only 206 elector votes, and 95 electoral votes are available from the “toss up” states. On the surface this looks close, but all eight “toss-up” states voted for Obama in 2008. For Romney to win all of those states is very unlikely.

Rasmussen is known to favor the GOP and so currently shows Romney leading in five of those states. However, Rasmussen excludes third party presidential candidates in his poll which skews the polling results. Other polls that include third party candidates show quite different polling results. The only large populous state that favors Romney is Texas and that is not good. Not a single one of the Eastern States, including Massachusetts where Romney served as governor, favors him. The recent news cast from Ben Swan’s FOX News report in Cincinnati bringing to light that the voting machines being used in that county can easily be tampered with and were manufactured by a company in which Romney held financial interest is not going to make it easy for him to now win that state. In view of all this, may I suggest that you go back and review my message in issue #12 of our national newsletter and share both issues with family and friends who are like minded? The two maps from the last issue (now updated) are included here. These two maps will emphasize the Importance of casting our votes intelligently. One map shows in which states Goode and Clymer have ballot position (26) or write-in status (18). If you live in a write-in state, be sure to learn the write-in procedure prior to voting by going to your state or county website under elections. The other map comes from Rasmussen Polling and shows which states are heavily for Romney or Obama and which are “toss up” states. If you live in a “safe” state you can vote without fear and make your voice heard. That is an intelligent and wise vote. If you live in a “toss up” state, following your conscience and voting for Goode is even more critical. Doing so will ring loud and clear in the ears of the established elite and will mark a turning point back toward the liberty our Founding Fathers bequeathed us. Share this message far and wide. The destiny of our nation lies in your hands.

Your National Chairman,

Frank Fluckiger
