Plan your physical layout and explore existing resources. Are there existing computers or screens that can be utilized? Where would screens be located. Are there utility connections available. What additional costs would be incurred for utility installations?

WHO WILL DO WHAT BY WHEN? Are you going to be responsible for content, connections, updates, and training? Who will help you, and are you realistic about the time commitment required to create great content?
