Things to remember about the Wetumpka Civic Center as we plan:

Very Plain. Cannot touch the walls. Cannot Hang anything on walls.

Everything must be free-standing (columns, towers, lamppost, things on tables, make frame out of pvc pipe, etc, helium balloons,)

Not much time to decorate; 8 - noon Must be easy to transport to the civic ctr
