•  All ar7cles should be saved as PDF documents. •  All ar7cles should have the URL printed on the document. If there is something on the ar7cle that makes it clear that it was downloaded from the internet (copyright, header from the source, etc.), you should be OK, but PROTECT YOURSELF!

A Note About Tablet Use

•  With any tablet, you MUST turn off any internet connec7on.

•  If you are using an iPad, you may have to take addi7onal steps a^er you have saved the ar7cles before they can be used when the tablet is not connected to the internet.

Using RSS feeds

•  Reader.google.com – Can load RSS feeds from any number of sources – Set up a team account – Students save ar7cles without having repeats – Assign newspapers to individual team members

Monitoring

•  Monitoring students and computers – Extra staff – Random searches of computers – NO! – Pay careful aken7on to what is accessed
