Thank You for Naming Dieterich Bank
The EDN People’s Choice for Best Bank!
Andy Hess Wins Dieterich Bank’s 2015Commitment to Excellence Award!
Service-excellence, value, integrity and teamwork are the core values by which Dieterich Bank operates on a daily basis, and each year, our employees nominate a fellow employee who best represents these four values for the Commitment to Excellence Award.
Dieterich Bank is proud to announce Andy Hess, Vice President of Loans, as the 2015 Commitment to Excellence Award winner. Andy demonstrates our fundamental values every day through his hard work, focus, and dedication. His commitment to excellence impacts his customers, cowork-ers, and community and deserves recognition. With his can-do-attitude and willingness to help, Andy shapes a positive work environment not only at our Belleville branch but throughout the entire organization. A coworker, recognizing Andy’s embodiment of our core values, stated, “His friendliness and genuine concern for his team makes coming to work a pleasure, not a job.”
Andy joined Dieterich Bank in 2012 shortly after our acquisition of The First State Bank of Red Bud. He serves as Vice President of Loans in our Belleville facility. A Teutopolis native, Andy and his wife Liz reside in Collinsville. He is an avid car enthusiast who loves to camp and enjoy the outdoors.
Congratulations Andy!

Breann Fahey, a Residential and Consumer Loan Ocer at our Red Bud Branch, has been with the bank for over eight years. Helping customers purchase their rst home is what she enjoys most about being a Loan Ocer. Breann recently became a new homeowner herself. A life-long resident of Red Bud, she purchased her home Labor Day weekend last year and has since been renovating the house room by room. As she says, “There have been many bumps, bruises, blisters, broken nger nails, and hiccups along the way; but I would not trade any of it after seeing the transformation. I love that I can say I have had a hand in just about every aspect of the renovation this far.”
Besides renovating her home, Breann enjoys shopping, going to Cardinal Games (Go
Cardinals!), and spending time with family and friends. We are lucky to have Breann as part of the Dieterich Bank family. Congratulations
and good luck on your new home!

THROUGH OUR DOORS...WALK SOME OF THE BEST!Our St. Elmo Branch would like to recognize Tom Fedrigon as their first newsleer feature.
Tom and his wife Cindi (and their two children, Jordan and Kaelyn) moved to the St. Elmo area in 2004. Tom is the Senior Pastor at St. Elmo Christian Church. Jordan and Kaelyn are in junior high and high school, and since moving to St. Elmo, Tom and Cindi have two more children.
Aside from being a full time minister, Tom also coaches the St. Elmo/Brownstown Junior High and Senior High School soball teams. He is a substitute bus driver for the St. Elmo and Brownstown school districts, and volunteers for many things at the school, such as building the props and sets for the high school drama for the last two years.
Tom is part of the St. Elmo Ministerial Alliance and is active in the community. He and his family assist the local authori-ties during severe weather to help house and feed stranded motorists. He is also very active in the St. Elmo Labor Day celebra-tion, and was named St. Elmo’s 2014 Citizen of the Year.
We would like to thank Tom for all of his contributions to the St. Elmo Community and his support for Dieterich Bank, some of the best truly do walk through our doors.
