As I can see by the results of my diet, I guess I can say I have abalanced diet. I eat fruits and vegetables regularly and I avoid eatingfast-food and drinking soft drinks. Personally, I prefer eating fish but Imake an effort and I also eat meat regularly.
One thing I know I could improve would be avoiding eating somany chocolates…but I have a sweet tooth I can’t resist them!

Seeing that my scores are of 9 and 10 in most of the topics, myresults are good! I don’t smoke, I rarely drink alcohol and I try to act safely and deal with stress the best way I can.
My aunt’s (76 years old) results are not so great, but they’re not bad! Due to her age, she doesn’t have stressful situations or practice exercise, which can explain some of her results. Anyway, I know that there is always something to improve!

In general, my results in the Fitness Test were nothing special. I have a good flexibility but I have to increase my Standing Long Jump, my superior strength and a little bit my resistance. I’ll work on it!
