Save the Date! the Wilkes Holiday Bazaar December 8, 2012 9:00-4:00 We are planning our 3 rd Annual Wilkes Holiday Bazaar on Saturday, December 8. I am sending out applications to vendors who participated last year, as we would love to have you again this year. Our table charge will be $20, the same as last year. To reserve a table, fill out the enclosed application and return it to Wilkes, attention Robin. Please make your checks payable to Wilkes Elementary and include your payment with your application. Tables will be provided. They are approximately 3’x6’. Vendors will be able to come in and set up from 3:00-6:00pm on Friday. Please let me know if you have any special needs like electricity, on a corner, etc. We are planning to have sandwiches available to purchase for lunch and there will also be the Vendor Hospitality Room. We look forward to seeing our returning creative crafters and some new craftspeople as well making this year’s bazaar even more wonderful!
