Can you find God in any movie? Jim thinks so!

Come test his theory and join our discussion!

Each month, we will discuss the monthly selection of

Sunday Night at the Movies. If you weren’t able to see the movie, come borrow a

copy so you can share your ideas with us.

This month’s movie to be discussed is -

Do you love the challenge of a treasure hunt?

Then come join the fun at the Library for Peace!

A treasure hunt for book titles has been created just for you, using clues about fairly well-known

authors. Come see how well-read you are. To participate, come to the library after the

9:00 am service any Sunday in October and pick up your clue sheet!

The library is open immediately following the service until 11:40 am.

Prizes!

Fun!

All - Church Work Day Saturday, November 7th

8:00 am - noon (7:30 am coffee &

refreshments)

Come help make our campus (more) beautiful!

For more information or to volunteer,

contact Art Evans [email protected]

or 906-3504 or Josh Poe at

[email protected]

ATTENTION!

A fun opportunity to serve is available.

The Children, Youth and Family Team invites those who enjoy being with our amazing children to

consider helping us on an occasional and/or regular basis on Sunday mornings.

We need a cadre of folks who can be available to substitute as teacher or aide in classrooms once in

a while. This might mean helping with a specific project or “running” snacks to various rooms, or sharing a special story or idea you have when

one of our regular team is absent (which doesn’t happen very often!).

Please sign in on the Ritual of Participation pads, or contact Judy (721-6632). Chris (419-1871)

or Shar (360-4855185) to find out more.

A

Affair

A community auction to help alleviate hunger in Tucson!

Saturday, November 14th, 11:00 am - 2:00 pm in the Center

Be a donor - Donate items to fill our festive theme baskets

(items for kids, cars, gardening, crafts)

Be a sponsor - Donate $20.00 to $75.00 and we will create

the basket!

And as always, thank you for your support.
