Interview of Jennifer Curtis Interview of Jackie JohnsonJennifer (known as “Jenn” to us) has ten years of medical experience as a phlebotomist, an EKG technician and most recently as an employee of a nursing home. Realizing that she needed a change, fortunately for us, she found her way to the Fountains of Franklin. Jenn’s favorite activities,

when not working, are spending time with her 6 year-old daughter, and playing music on the piano and drums. She also enjoys arts, crafts and sewing. She is the youngest out of four brothers. Her step- dad is a minister at a Church of Christ congregation. Jenn’s dream has long been to attend nursing school, and she is thrilled to report that she will be returning to school in May, 2014 to study for her LPN license. She is looking forward to her goal of having the initials LPN after her name. We encourage her and enjoy having her at the Fountains of Franklin!

Jackie has worked for 20 years in the field of caregiving and assisted living in Williamson County. Driving by the Fountains construction site each day, she decided that this was where she wanted to work! Jackie has been married for eight years and has one daughter and two grandchildren. She grew up here in Williamson County as the youngest of nine children. Her father was a bus driver for over forty-five years, and her mother was a homemaker. She loves working outside with her flowers, relaxing by the pool and spending time with family. She also enjoys watching her grandchildren play sports. Jackie works on second shift and plans to make the Fountains her career until retirement. She loves working here and listening to the residents’ life stories. When she retires, she would like to do some traveling, but for now she loves that she only has to travel seven miles to get to work!
