2. The Bill where its got to What are the game changers? what do we want to achieve Opportunities where can we achieve together? 3. With this bill, I am legislating for a clear, new direction for social care in Wales. In order to improve outcomes for people and develop the sustainability of the sector, major changes need to be made to the legislative framework for social services. We need to work with our partners to ensure peoples well-being is at the heart of the services we deliver. 4. Wellbeing Statement http://imatterwales.org.uk/ 5.
