Job DescriptionThe Deputy Construction Manager will assist the Construction Manager with the Site Construction ManagementAdvisory Support Staff. Responsible for establishing the system of construction management, including thedevelopment, review of procedures and system documents, etc. Responsible for preparing a set of standardizeprocedures and revising the procedures for SPMO Construction Management Dept according to actual situationResponsible for establishing the feedback system of construction technical experience among all the projects.Responsible for providing the site with construction technology support. Responsible for the training ofconstruction technology and construction management. Participate in the technical part of the bidding work.Participate in the accreditation of Construction Major Construction Plan and the Construction OrganizationDesign. Assist the Director in other work of construction technical management

Required Qualifications15 years of construction experience with a minimum 10 years of nuclear power experience. Master nuclearpower construction standards as ASME codes, etc., familiar with USA Codes and regulations as 10CFR, etc.,possess relevant professional qualification certificates. Has demonstrated and proven track records in selfperformed construction nuclear work. The position must demonstrate Nuclear Power Plant Constructionexperience. Construction Management or BS Engineering degree or equivalent experience required.
