Sara the Business Lead
• Sara spent 3 years as an Analyst for
the Consumer Engagement business
division
• In June of 2015 Sara moved to the
Business to Business division and
became a Business Lead for that
division
• Sara has since been a strong
champion of the Business Portal
Applications (BPA)
Ratings (1 - low, 2 – medium, 3 – high)
Bandwidth – 1 – Sara is often pulled in many directions. For her to succeed
as PO, her management would need to offload much of her day to day work to
others in her department
Power – 3 – Sara is use to making decisions and her management has agreed
to grant her the power to make decisions for the Business Portal Application
Knowledge – 3 – Sara has expert domain knowledge of the BPA
Interest – 3 – Sara has long been a champion of the application and wants to
lead it into delivery
Direction – 2 – Sara has a strong vision for this product. The organization will
need to ensure her vision aligns with the organization’s overall goals.
