OLM – GS-00F-178DA
SIN 561450 (Business Information Services)
The following descriptions are for products currently available through LNSSI’s GSA Schedule contract.
Accurint® for Government: This web-based investigative solution is currently used by many federal, state, and
local government agencies. It offers instant searchable access to billions of public and proprietary records – data
that would take days to collect.
Accurint® for Government Plus: A complement to the online Accurint service, this software application offers
additional investigative tools such as expanded link analysis features, the ability to create photo lineups, and
advanced geo-spatial/mapping capabilities to overlay and compare data.
Accurint’s Virtual Identity Search and Report (VIR): To get an enhanced view into persons of interest,
investigators can leverage VIR. This allows an enhanced view into persons of interest, investigators can identify
their virtual relationships and associations across more than 40 social networking sites; it offers an alternate view
of a subject: their online presence. Investigators do not have to access multiple sites – saving significant time and
effort.
Triple Merge Credit Reports: Reliable and timely access to consolidated consumer credit information from all
three credit bureaus.
LexisNexis® Batch Services: An advanced solution for importing massive amounts of information at once and
performing customized batch lookups against LexisNexis data.
Accurint® XML: A robust tool for integrating automated access to LexisNexis public and proprietary records data
into internal tools or third-party applications.
LexisNexis® Instant Verify: A real-time identity verification solution that validates whether the subject identity
exists. Instant Verify goes beyond standard wallet verification to provide age verification, occupancy, high-risk
address, and phone checks. Available with Instant Age.
LexisNexis® Instant Authenticate: A real-time, interactive quiz that generates customized out-of-wallet (OOW)
questions and tests individuals’ knowledge of that information, increasing the assurance that an individual is who
he or she claims to be.
LexisNexis® InstantID®: Q&A as an optional OTP strengthening solution. InstantID Q&A confirms a consumer’s
identity in seconds and gives customers an easy, real-time way to fight identity fraud at multiple points of customer
contact.
LexisNexis® FraudPoint®: FraudPoint Score and FraudPoint Attributes, a non-FCRA solution, help address the
evolving and emerging challenges posed by identity fraud and strengthen our customers' existing fraud mitigation
strategies.
LexisNexis® Flex ID®: Flex ID provides powerful data reach while supporting your need for agile verification
processes that can continually adjust to serve changing marketplaces. Flex ID delivers the verification fundamentals
needed to complete decisioning and conduct business.
OLM GS-00F-178DA LNSSI Page 8 of 28
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): LexisNexis offers a suite of MFA solutions designed to address security
needs while enabling agencies to function quickly and efficiently.
LexisNexis offers a suite of MFA solutions designed to address security needs while enabling business to
function quickly and efficiently. This suite includes:
LexisNexis® Voice Biometrics: A high degree of security for remote, high-risk transactions with little to no
impact on the user experience. It is ideal for agencies that process a significant volume of high risk transactions
remotely or within a contact center environment. As unique to someone as a fingerprint, a voice biometric (or
"voice print") uses the sound, pattern and rhythm of a person’s voice to determine their identity.
LexisNexis® IVR On Demand: This offering combines your agency’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solution
with voice verification and authentication – providing a way to quickly, conveniently and securely access personal
information over the phone to identify customers. It provides agencies a single source for authenticated enrollment
and repeat user verification with instant access in any channel. Users can access IVR On Demand from a variety of
media, including web, voice, and mobile.
LexisNexis® One-Time Password: An out-of-band authentication method that provides the ability to have
stronger authentication during high risk, high value transactions. It offers a time-sensitive, unique random passcode
via SMS, text, e-mail, or phone and is ideal for providing a MFA solution. No hardware (electronic fob, etc.) other
than the user’s existing phone or personal computer is required.
LexisNexis® TrueID®: Support for any face-to-face transaction that requires identity and identity document
verification. It binds proofed identities at enrollment to users that come in for repeat access. It can also capture and
authenticate identity documents.
Credit Card Account Verification: This service uses an individual’s name, address, and credit card digits as a
mechanism to confirm whether they are who they say they are.
LexisNexis® InstantID® International: This service offers automated identity proofing using multi-source
verification data from 14 international countries.
LexisNexis® InstantID® Q&A UK: An authentication solution that uses a series of challenge questions, including
“red herring” or “trick” questions, for confirming identity. It can proof UK-based identities to support international
identity proofing needs.
LexisNexis® Chargeback Defender®: This solution leverages public records data to search for suspicious activity
and potentially fraudulent identity manipulation. It finds high-risk credit card transactions and distills the results
into an intuitive risk score.
LexisNexis® FraudPoint®: An advanced fraud prevention and detection solution that delivers real-time visibility
into identity activity and identity behavior.
LexisNexis® RiskView™ is a comprehensive suite of proven credit risk management data analysis tools, based on
non-traditional trade line data. These credit risk modeling tools increase predictive intelligence far beyond
traditional credit bureau scoring. This is a FCRA product and available with Batch and XML.
LexisNexis® Behavioral Assessment®: Behavioral biometrics uses data science and machine learning to perform
a quick, behind-the-scenes analysis of an applicant's interaction data. Fraudulent activity is identified by analyzing
anonymized input data of the user keyboard usage, mouse movements, manipulation of special keys, and other
variables.
OLM GS-00F-178DA LNSSI Page 9 of 28
LexisNexis® Device Assessment®: Profiles all devices accessing your Web sites and your native mobile
application, including desktops, laptops, smartphones, or tablets, to detect fictitious or stolen identities, suspicious
devices, spoofed IP addresses, and the presence of malware or other anomalies that might indicate a high-risk
application. ThreatMetrix® for Government: With Government agencies shifting toward a digital environment, the ability to
assess an individual’s digital identity (IP address, device, online behavior, etc.) is important when the individual is
transacting with a government agency. ThreatMetrix® for Government is a digital identity assessment product that
provides agencies with real-time intelligence when assessing identities and digital transactions. During a
transaction, this product captures information about an individual’s identity and the device they are using and returns
a highly configurable risk assessment based on hundreds of attributes.

Accurint® XML (Pricing is per hit unless otherwise indicated) LexisNexis can deliver access to Accurint through an XML-based Application Programming Interface (API). This
API, called Accurint® XML, serves as a powerful, easy-to-use resource for seamlessly integrating access to the
extensive LexisNexis collection of public and proprietary records into internal tools and applications. It leverages
an XML feed for machine-to-machine interactions with LexisNexis databases.
Using Accurint XML provides the benefits of moving internal applications from pure web-based searching to a
service-oriented architecture (SOA). It helps to maximize budget and personnel resources by automating public
records searches.
