Peggy Rauch A Valley resident since 1979, Peggy is well-known and well-versed in Valley living. Just ask any of her hundreds of clients, friends and business associates! Peggy earned her real estate license in 1987 and the rest, they say, is history. As a Rookie-of-the-Year and Multi-Million Dollar Producer in her first year of business, it became clear that Peggy has “all the right stuff.” Over the years, Peggy is proud to enjoy an extraordinary amount

of repeat and referral business. “We retain our clientele and their parents, siblings, children and friends come to us for their real estate needs,” she says. In fact many of her clients span several generations of family. While many REALTORS specialize in a particular price-point or lifestyle niche, Peggy has built her business a different way. She points out that price range, geographic location and property type are never a determining factor for her clientele. “I learned long ago, everyone’s real estate needs are important. My target client is anyone who is interested in working with a knowledgeable agent who will listen carefully and then work hard to meet their real estate objectives. I don’t focus on a single sector of the real estate industry because I want to give the same attention and level of service to a first-time $50,000 buyer, someone who wants to buy a $5,000,000 house or one of our investor clients who buys several properties a year. I believe everyone we work with deserves the same level of respect and service from me.” In addition to her eight grandchildren, Peggy’s interests include hiking, golf, gourmet food, wine and to round it out – big game hunting! Peggy believes in giving back to her community and is active on the boards and committees for several Valley charities. Peggy is also extremely involved in the real estate community, holding committee and chair positions with various industry organizations. She believes in the power of networking among her colleagues and credits that as an important factor in achieving her clients’ goals.

Michael Meinerz Michael has over 30 years experience in business, residential, land and commercial real estate. An experienced negotiator and excellent with people, Michael works closely with Peggy to make certain their clients have the best representation on every single transaction. “Our personal focus on clients is backed up with solid business practices. Systems and processes are in place that take care of the paper flow, allowing us to spend more time with our clients and address

their needs,” Michael says. Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he attended Carroll College graduating with degrees in Secondary Education, History and English and was named All American running back in football. Prior to moving to Arizona, Michael lived in Washington DC and served as Executive Director of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM), and then as Executive Director for the American Institute of Architects (AIA). In 1990, Michael relocated to Scottsdale and teamed with Peggy Rauch to expand her group’s services to include commercial, land and investment. In addition to his work with existing clients, Michael consults with and represents out-of-state investment groups to research and purchase commercial properties for short and long-term investments. Michael also serves on several committees within the real estate industry and continues to expand his knowledge with constant continuing education. “We provide a level of education, service and support that only successful, experienced and knowledgeable real estate professionals can provide.” Away from real estate, you may find Michael on the golf course, the rugby field, preparing a gourmet-style meal or enjoying his fine wine collection.

We are both graduates of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS’ (SAAR) Leadership Program, an invitation-only program providing REALTORS with advanced leadership/ community training.

We are actively involved in the Arizona Association of REALTORS’ (AAR) Committee Structure and utilize the AAR to stay current with issues and practices affecting our industry. Peggy currently serves on the Professional Standards Committee.

Accredited Buyer’s Representatives (ABR) must complete a course load, pass an exam and provide documentation of significant buyer agency experience before being allowed to join this network of professionals trained specifically to represent buyers.

As Certified Negotiation Experts (CNE), we are part of the less than 1% of REALTORS in the entire country with this designation. Our training in negotiations results in superior results for our clients.

The Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation assures affluent buyers and sellers that we have earned the knowledge, experience, competence and confidence they require.
