The above quotation sums up beautifully, in a few words, the Law of

Manifestation.

The Law of Manifesting is a universal law it happens anyway, whether we

are conscious of it or not. Knowing more about how it operates obviously

gives us an opportunity to manifest into our lives that which we want. So

we will look at the basics of how the law works. Much much of this you willprobably have read in books but nothing much changes, does it? Thats

because we need to work with the energy of manifesting, having it in our

consciousness over a period of time 40 days, otherwise not much is going

to change. Thats part of the law. It needs time to be integrated through our

different levels, not just the conscious mind.

Write down what you would like more of.itcan be anything, love, money,

health, holiday, cosmic consciousness. What comes first to your mind is a

good guide. Now write two more things youd like.

First, we need to realize that we cant desire or imagine something that it is

not possible for us to have. This excludes desire of particular individuals

(trying to manipulate them into your lives interferes with divine will, and is

black magic).

Secondly, there is a simple equation that Im sure youre aware of, that is:

If you keep thinking, feeling and doing the same as you

are now you will end up with the same result as you

have now. Something has to change in order to change the result.

Same Thinking + Feeling + Doing = Same Result

What is the source of our supply? Answer: God or the Universe.

Because the source of all supply, or all of our needs, is God, then the

spiritual substance from which comes all is never depleted. We cant deplete

God. The supply isnt going to run out. It is with us all the time and responds

to our faith in it and our demands upon it. The supply is connected to and

held within the ethers, in other words, the etheric worlds ether is the

medium of sound this is why our words, and even our thoughts, make

impression upon the ethers and so upon our ability to bring into our lives

that which we want.* The more we use a particular stream of thoughts or

words, the more of an impression we leave upon the ethers. If there are

more thoughts of lack, then that is what we attract to ourselves. On the other

hand, if there are thoughts and words going into the ether on abundance, andgoodness, then this is what we attract into our daily lives. This is because of

another Universal Law the Law of Attraction Part of that law states that we

attract what we radiatewe attract to ourselves that which radiates out

from us, constantly.

If we pour our living words of trust and faith out into the ethers, then we will

prosper even if all around us are not.

*Note: Repetitive use of words does not make a good impression upon the

ethers, as in a dispassionate use of affirmations. Generally speaking,

affirmations are from humankind; mantras on the other hand have come

from the divine, so any mantra will make a lasting and significant

impression upon the ethers. Saying mantra such as I AM THAT I AM for

instance, will have profound effect on our own energy field and upon the

ethers, and bring us untold riches. Of course, these may be soul-riches, but

what else is there really?! If our souls are rich then this will filter through

to all levels of our lives anyway.

In our soul memory, we know that in the finer realms before we incarnatedwe would just think about what we wanted, or command it, and it would

appear! (the degree that this works is in accordance to our souls evolution).

But here on earth we are limited by the third dimension:we are limited by

time and space. The , vibration in the physical is much much slower and

denser, so it is not instant here, it takes time to come. It is confusing to us,

as a distant part of us cant understand why we cant just click our

fingers as we did in the heavens! we are always surprised and

impatient I want it now the child remembers the heavens it just

left.

Having said this, there is still a process or formula for manifesting more

effectively here on Earth. So I would like to go through this process step by

step, and also mention the main barriers we use to stop the Universal flow

coming abundantly to us.

FORMULA FOR MANIFESTING

Ask yourself is the desired thing beneficial to my life plan? Nowask God or your spiritual guide if the desired thing is beneficial to

your life plan. Heed the answer.

Bring in the divine light this means ask your god, or an angel, yourhigher self to come in and be with you in the process.

Ask Ascended MasterLord Kuthumi to assist you in the manifestingprocess. Lord Kuthumi is the main master at the moment who helps

the individual to bring into 3D reality that which they need or desire.

Light a candle, and say: Let there be Light and see light aroundeverything, including you.

Adopt an alpha state; which really means a meditative or reflectivestate. See attached notes on the alpha state.

You are creating with yourmind a blueprint of the object/subject thatyou wish to manifest. You are making an impression on the etheric

worlds or the ethers with your thoughts, feelings and words the

stronger the desire and passion you give it, the greater the impression

upon the etheric worlds, and the greater the success. As we know, the

mind is a very dynamic and powerful spiritual tool use it wisely.

This fact will be even more important and relevant for the AquarianAge, which will see the mind elevated to a higher vibration a

quicker and more lofty mind will be ours if we can use it

appropriately.

Visualize the desired thing, or situation. Use all five senses to make itreal to you. Get involved with it so it lives: give it energyand passion;

see how this desired thing improves your life. Make an impression of

it, such as drawing or painting it, write it down, make a collage, say it

aloud to yourself all these tools create waves in the etheric energy

that will come back to you in the physical.

Detail is very important, the size, colour, density, feel, making itthree-dimensional dime, otherwise you may manifest what you want,

except that it has an essential detail missing.

Date. A deadline is very important. Set a date by which the objectwill have manifested, otherwise it will go on forever, and basically

will remain in the etheric worlds. This is the eleventh hour principle.

Seal it. After the visualization and the date, immediately seal it. You can add to it or improve it later. Seal it by seeing the whole

picture or thing that you want and then saying: It is finished. This

releases the Lords of Form to get to work, when you have sealed it

they know you are happy with the final picture and its what youwant, so they can then bring it into form. They cant bring it into

form if it is vague, incomplete, or unsealed.

You have also sealed it against any intrusions of mind radiation from

others (namely, their negativity), or by the mass minds collective

resistance to progress.

Say Let this or something better come to me in a perfect way,under grace. We want it to come in a perfect way if wehave

asked for a certain amount of money, then we want it to come in a

perfect way, and not through a terrible car accident.

Surrender the desire now to the Lords of Form, and let them make ithappen. Tell no one, except like-minded people.

Keys to making it work:

Integrity Aim HIGH. if you dont receive it you are not aiming high enough.

Win/lose. What is stamped on your forehead? Are you dealing withlife from a win position, or a lose position?

TRUST, trust, trust. This is the biggest key. Dont worry aboutHOW it will happen or how it will come to you trust that it will.

Focus on the end result, not on the steps of getting there let the

Lords of Form worry about this.

Act as if it has already happened. Celebrate it. Action do not waste time wishing for it to happen: take some sort of

action toprepare the way for the Universal flow. For example, if you

are a female asking for more romance in your life, then buy new

clothes, especially lingerie. Test drive the car that you desire. Look

for the house you want to buy. By doing this you are building a

container so the Universe can pour into it.

Mind powerwhatever you focus your mind energy on is what willkeep manifesting in your life. Your life follows from your thoughts.

Your current life situation is a reflection of your thought patterns. So

what is your current thinking on money? success? relationships? love?

sex? health? your body? and so on.

Tithing. This is an old term for giving 10% of your earnings (money,or energy) to the divine. It can be the divine in others, the divine viathe church or temple, or you can tithe 10% to the divine in you, as

long as you do that properly. Tithing works. So this is about joyfully

helping others, not necessarily if its convenient to you m

sometimes it isnt. If you have little money, then give your energy,

your caring, your loving. Money is a symbol of energy.

Gratitude. Each night before sleep, think of five things that you aregrateful for during that day simple things, like the sun on your back,

or a childs smile, or how you handled a rough situation. Gratitude,

when sincere, brings us to a higher consciousness, from whichmanifesting is a lot easier and quicker.

Never ever give up.

Biggest barriers to successful manifesting:

These are not in order, as it depends upon the individual.

Fear Doubt Stress Too much humility What do you have to give up?

Fear and doubt are the biggest blocks to the Universal flow. Not only do

they create stress in your life and body, but they pull you away from the

Now.

All power was and ever will be contained in the present moment. This

power or energy transforms your thoughts into reality, that is, what you want

can manifest if you can be in the moment. The only place that you have the

tools to change what is, is in the now, in the present. In the present really

means being in the Presence, for it is true that only when you are fully here

in the moment that you then stand in the Presence (the Presence of God);

this is where you can know and experience spirit, the divine, joy, love, bliss.Practice even for a few moments a day being fully conscious, aware only in

this moment. All ancient traditions teach this, but it is very hard to maintain

this level of consciousness at the moment. But we must learn.

When you are in the now, which is an absence of time, then all your

problems dissolve, for unless the now is fraught with some crisis, then the

now is usually okay. Worry, fear, dread, doubt are not part of the present

they are part of the future. A future that may happen differently anyway.

Try only to think and project yourself into past or future things for self-

healing, understanding, planning (like a holiday) or visualizing what you

want in the future.

The moment you realize you are not in the present moment, you are present!

It is the quality of your consciousness at this moment that determines

your future. The degree to which you are present in your body,

mind, feelings and soul is what determines your ability to manifest

your desires, dreams, needs on earth.

You can always cope with the present moment, but you cannot cope with

something that is a mind projection, what might be. We all know that if

there is a crisis we are compelled to be in the now we have to be here to

deal with it right now. If the house is on fire, we have to deal with it now,

not tomorrow or next week. We always have at our disposal extraordinary

skills to deal with a crisis in the moment, but most of us dont have these

skills available to us when life is just going along this is how it should be.

It is wasting energy and time to worry about something that mighthappen or

might not happen, because we dont have the skills to deal with it until it

does happen. Incessant worrying creates senseless background noise within

you, and a feeling of slight unease all the time.

Stress which usually results from fear, doubt, or self-doubt, is a huge barrier

to manifesting our wishes. As we know, everything that flows is healthy.

Stress, which is tension between two points, stops the flow to the degree that

we are stressed.

In your energy field, your aura, you have very fine glass-like channels,

through which energy flows, especially from your higher self to your

conscious self. If you are stressed, then the channels become very narrow,

or can shatter, or become blocked (they are related to the seven main

chakras). We all know how we feel when we are very stressed, and we

know how unproductive this is. Our mind and intuition seem to go out the

window, while our emotions take over to try to de-stress us by getting the

flow happening again either the flow of tears, or anger, or if this is not

possible, through the physical body and its many orifices.

Some tension is desirable of course, or we would not achieve anything, and

our performance would be poor at all times, but that is different from the

stress that paralyzes the real you from expressing itself. So learn to relax,breathe and be. Otherwise you will keep out the universal energy, the Lords

of Form, and your higher self. Practise relaxing not collapsing.

Self doubt relates to the Solar Plexus chakra, the 3rd

chakra, and working

with harmonizing the energies of this chakra can heal it. Often the

wounding of this chakra comes from past lives and from what I call

the original grief. There are many good books that can help with

the chakras, and there is an article on www.cobolt.com.au for

purchase also.

Sacrifice. Something always has to be sacrificed for love, or success, or

money, joy, abundance. Sometimes, what we have to give up to get what we

want, is holding us back from getting the desired thing. What is it you have

to give up to get more of what you want? Sometimes what we have to

sacrifice is our negativity, or being ordinary, or our martyr or victim

consciousness because whatever it is that we have to surrender always

gives us something even if it is negative. For instance, the martyr archetype

likes (unconsciously) to suffer because its the one thing that makes him or

her feel special.

Receiving. Another barrier to not having what you deserve, isthat you arenot a receiver. Many of us, through our previous lives, have learnt that it is

better to give than receive, but we have forgotten to give to ourselves. We

need to balance our giving with allowing ourselves to receive, and to do this

without guilt. Learn to receive graciously from others, from nature, from the

universe, from life, from God otherwise you stop the universal flow and

your energy field, and your soul becomes unbalanced and stagnant, which is

not healthy. Resentment, bitterness becomes part of that soul. Be a

receiver!

Alpha State

The alpha state is a term we used to describe a rate of brainwaves of which

there are four: beta, alpha, delta, and theta. Beta brainwaves are operating

when we are in our normal conscious state, doing our daily tasks. Delta and

theta are very slow brainwaves and they operate when we are in deep sleep.

The alpha state is like a more meditative state. It is that twilight state just

before you fall asleep, and just before waking. In a sense this is the state of

genius. It is said that Albert Einstein lived permanently in this state.

If you are stressed then you cannot achieve this state.

When your brainwaves are in the slower alpha mode, then this is when you

are closest to the spiritual worlds, especially the etheric worlds, and the

realm of ideas. We can train ourselves to stay conscious in this state for

long periods of time, either through meditation, or through reverie,

daydreaming, getting lost in the clouds, and so on. In the new age, which

will bring in a new consciousness (the Aquarian Age), we will learn through

living to experience the alpha state frequently and yet at the same time still

be able to carry out our usual tasks life will be a dynamic meditation!

The alpha state is vital for manifesting on earth when your brain slows to

this level you are still here on earth and conscious, yet you have greater

access to the spiritual worlds, and they to you. So if you can visualize or ask

for what you would like to manifest on earth when you are in the alpha

mode, it has great power and will come into manifestation very quickly. It

takes practice to stay in this alpha state when you are visualizing or asking

because by doing this consciously, you pull yourself back to your normal

consciousness: beta.

This is how we are able to grab ideas out of the realm of ideas, which ispart of the etheric worlds, and bring them into consciousness and into our

world. Two different people in two different countries can grab the same

idea at the same time and invent the same thing it happened with

television, for instance.

Ideas that need to be manifested on earth filter down closer to us

through the Universal Mind (or the collective unconscious) and the

template for the idea/invention/concept is held in the etheric

worlds in the alpha state we can go there consciously and bring it

in.

We can see this in operation when people say Ill sleep on it and they wake

up in the alpha state and know the answer they needed. Einstein would

wake with the answers to the big questions, but then spent all his life proving

scientifically that they were true.

Karma

Sometimes, it seems no matter what we do, we cannot make a particular

dream come true; we cannot manifest our vision or desire. This may be due

to the fact that the desired outcome is not for our highest good so it is notallowed to happen. Usually, we will know this on some level.

The other reason that it may not happen when you want it too, or in the

manner that you want it, is that it may be a karmic situation or karmic lesson

that you are dealing with, which seems to block the flow in a particular area

of your life until the lesson is learnt, or the karmic situation is harmonized.

Usually, you will be able to manifest things in the other areas of your life,

but not in the karmic area. For instance, you may have a karmic lesson

around money, so it seems no matter what you do, it is still scarce you may

have two jobs, or come into money from an inheritance, but it goes quickly

with sudden expenses appearing. If this is your experience, then it could

mean that you need to learn the value of money, that in some way in a past

life, or past lives, you have misused wealth. You may have squandered it, or

taken what is not rightfully yours, or you may have been mean with your

money.

On the other hand, people who have had a lot of spiritual lives, who may

have been nuns, monks, priests, hermits, or holy men, have been taught

down the centuries that wealth is bad and ungodly, and poverty is good andgodly. Vows of poverty still abound in the souls of these people; they are

still stuck under their old vows even though they are not nuns or monks now.

The fear of breaking the vows is so entrenched in them, because they were

told if they broke that vow they were not godly but instead were damned,

which is a very powerful statement that becomes a very powerful soul

pattern in time. In the Bible, it says the love of money is the root of all

evil. It does not say money is the root of all evil which seems, even

today, to be a common misunderstanding. Of course, the love of money

to the exclusion of all else is a profound misuse of money, and this

attitude is damaging not only to the soul but to the greater consciousness of

humankind.

It may be difficult to have wealth if this vow still runs in you, albeit

unconsciously. To nullify the vow (the other parts of it that may also need

nullifying are the vow of chastity, and the vow of obedience (which now is

trying to get it right all the time), there are a few very simple things that

you can do. These have worked with my clients who have been nuns or

monks in previous lives.

In your quiet time, light a candle, and say out loud to yourselfI am not a nun/monknow

say it with conviction, and it will start the freeing process.

Realize that you do not have to be chaste, obedient or poor to begodly. God is abundant.

Do un-nunlike (or un-monklike) things: let your outrageous side out;express yourself using colour, be feminine, sensual, sexy. Wear sexylingerie. Find areas in your life where you do not have to be

responsible all the time.

Find a playmate and roll down the hills. Have fun, let go, be naughty!

If you are unsure what is holding you back karmically ask. Ask Lord

Kuthumi or Lord Sananda (Master Jesus who is the head of the Karmic

Board at the moment), then expect the answer.

My experience is that key to manifesting what you want in the world,

is to manifest YOURSELF. The more you are truly here, the more you

are able to bring your desires into 3D reality. If you are not grounded, if you

are not here in your physical body, then how can you manifest? If you are

trying to escape your physical body and your life, then you will not be here,

you will not have the strength or force in you to make life on earth

enjoyable.

Manifest your self first!

****Another tool that has helped many people is the Manifesting symbol;

this symbol has been blessed, and can be obtained from www.cobolt.com.au

You may like to use the picture of the manifesting symbol which is attached

to the front of this article. Meditating on the symbol, or getting lost in it,

or sitting on it, or having it under your bed, or elsewhere in your aura, will

affect your aura, and your soul and your energies.

Here is a little on the Manifesting symbol:

This symbol, which was given to me by Ascended Master Lord Kuthumi, is

to be used for aligning yourself with the cosmic energies, and manifesting

what you want here on earth. The only way to manifest your dreams here

in 3D reality (that is, here on earth) is if you have already manifested your

Self here on earth. The more fully you are here in your physical body, the

more manifested you are, the more you can manifest what you want here

simple really! This is the energy key to unlocking abundance no one ever

became wealthy, healthy or whole by being ungrounded, vague and wafty.

As mentioned before, this means bringing the Spirit more fully into yourbody and your life. The paradox is, of course, that the more you have

manifested your Self, the less concerned you are with manifesting your

desires and dreams, as they happen automatically anyway. As always,

everything comes back toyourself, so start there!

Working with the energy of this particular symbol will align you, (by

that I mean all your different bodies physical body, etheric body,

astral body, and spiritual body) with the earths energies and the solar

energies. Then you are a force to be reckoned with. You can manifest

for your highest good, and for the highest good of all concerned.

In working with this symbol, your energy will feel like its spiraling down

into the earth, which it is, grounding your own higher forces here on earth.

All too often, especially so with spiritually-inclined people, we can be too

ungrounded, which makes it much harder to handle the forces of our world,

such as money, power, work, relationships, emotion, sex, and so on. This

makes it extraordinarily difficult living on earth. To experience joy in

being here, you have to do just that, BE HERE. Otherwise, life on earth is

an overwhelming struggle, a bore, drudgery. If you are not anchored in your

physical body then you are not being fair to your soul, you are only living a

half life or even less. So lets get here and enjoy it, not as sufferance, butas surrender to it, surrender to the joy of being here. Make a commitment

today and every day to really be here on earth and live and enjoy it! We

need to be reminded to do this.

Master: Lord Kuthumi

Lord Kuthumis energy is warm, glowing and comforting. He is very

important in grounding you and teaching you to accept and love your

physical body and life here on earth.

Kuthumi also connects us with nature, earth energies, and the elemental

worlds, such as the fairies.

Lord Kuthumi is the next Ascended Master to again re-enter the flesh -

which means to reincarnate here on Earth he will be the next great teacher

for humanity, a Christ-like figure. He will not incarnate until our

consciousness is more elevated, flexible and stronger. Not until the ground

of our being is more fertile, more ready to receive his great teachings. This

may seem like a paradox, but many people are not quite ready because their

own knowing and individuality needs to be more developed. Lord Kuthumiwill not incarnate until we have developed a greater sense of our true selves

and our spiritual origin. Until this happens more, collectively, there is a

danger that we would give ourselves, our power, our individuality away to

him as the Great Guru, and not develop ourselves.

The other reason that Lord Kuthumi will not incarnate for a while is

that we, and the world, need to be more cleared of the negative energies

that have built up since the time of Christ.

Finally, I suggest that you choose two things that you would really like to

manifest one can be the big one, the thing you desire most; and the other

thing to manifest is something small, not in stature, by in value. So, the first

may be to manifest buying your own home, or having a loving relationship,

and the smaller thing could be manifesting an invitation out to dinner, or

receiving a bunch of flowers.

Then apply the above suggestions, using the formula given, for at least 40

days, and it will happen.

I suggested the smaller manifestation so that it will encourage you on the

path we all need it!
