• Food starch

• Confectioners sugar

Steps:• Mix all ingredients to make the “slurry” (candy syrup)• Squirt slurry into center of mold to create jelly belly bean• Cool syrup• Give beans a steam bath & sugar shower• Put the coating on (all the layers) • Quality Check the beans• Stamp the Jelly Belly logo onto each bean• Package & Ship
