And I consider the definition of the International Forum «Interpolitex: Digital Transformation of the State Security» as the main agenda of the exhibition not just a trend of the times, but an urgent necessity.I hope that Interpolitex will traditionally adhere to the principles of an open and free exchange of opinions, constructive dialogue between representatives of government, business, expert and scientific communities in order to jointly discuss and search for optimal solutions for the digital transformation of the state based on domestic developments in the field of information and telecommunications technologies and the effective implementation of tasks to ensure national security.

The Forum should become a key annual platform for effective dialogue of all stakeholders and the development of solutions and recommendations on national security issues in the context of global digital transformations.

It is no coincidence that the base platform of the first Forum was the hospitable site of the International Exhibition of State Security «Interpolitex», which celebrates its 25th anniversary this year.

I hope the priorities and directions of joint work in the interests of the security of our country as well as a list of specific projects and solutions in the field of cybersecurity will be formed following the results of the Forum.

Taking into account the planned status and scale of the event, the importance of advance planning and budgeting of participation in the Exhibition and Forum, as well as providing the opportunity to form full-fledged expositions in the interests of the interested international audience of visitors, Rosoboronexport JSC and the Federal Service of Military and Technical Cooperation of Russia are working on the issue of determining the organizer of the exposition of military products at the 26th International Exhibition of the State Security «Interpolitex 2022».

The 26th International Exhibition of the State Security «Interpolitex-2022» is included in the approved by the Collective Security Council of the CSTO «The plan of events dedicated to the 30-th anniversary of the signing of the Collective Security Treaty and the 20-th anniversary of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.»

Based on the decision of the Interstate Commission for Military-Economic Cooperation of the CSTO (hereinafter referred to as the CSTO ICEC) on the approval of the draft decision of the CSTO Collective Security Council «On the CSTO Congress and Exhibition Event - the International Forum for Collective Security «Interpolitex», the CSTO Permanent Council submitted a document for internal approval to the CSTO member states.

Taking into account the decision of the CSTO ICEC to hold in September-October 2022 in the Russian Federation the 20-th Anniversary Meeting of the CSTO ICEC under the leadership of the Chairman of the CSTO ICEC, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mr. Yuri I. Borisov, the CSTO Secretariat is working on the issue of holding a meeting at the venue and on the dates of the Exhibition.
