Westat has a 5 step application process
Step 1: Application

Step 1: Application
Complete and submit the application
Once the application is received, you will get an e-mail that includes the Candidate Reference number and IVR instructions
If you need help during this step contact [email protected]
Note: Keep the Candidate Reference number in a safe spot. You will use it throughout the process.
Step 2: Voice Sample (IVR)
Follow the instructions sent by Brass Ring to call into the IVR system
Enter your Candidate Reference number and begin the voice sample
Wait for the command to prompt you to avoid having to repeat the IVR
On successful completion, the IVR will give you a confirmation number
After completion, look for an e-mail from westat.com

TIP! Speak with a ‘smile in your voice,’ clearly and confidently.
Step 3: Interview
If selected for an interview, a recruiter will contact you within the hours of work availability you supplied on your application (usually within 2 weeks)
If accepted, you will get an e-mail from westat.com with a link to the pre-boarding forms

Step 4: Pre-boarding Forms
Sign in to access the pre-boarding forms
Install the free Adobe Reader
Complete each form as instructed
When all forms are complete, you will get e-mail acknowledgement from Westat.com
Will hear more about employment within 6 business days

Step 5: Background Check
Following the completion of the preboarding forms,
Westat Security Services will contact you to get any
additional information they need for the check.
