Conclusions Angola intend to cause an amalgam between the terms

resistance and terrorism. In its lampoon, when it reports to deserters, it calls them former guerilla but when it’s a matter of actual guerilla it speaks to abandon terrorism.

This amalgam is clearly deliberated and hides inside the pretentiousness of Angola to confuse Cabindan struggle with terrorism, with the intention to legitimate internationally its warmongering action in Cabinda, excluding the hypothesis of real negociations for a peaceful resolution of the conflict.

What is shocking, is to see Angola, which was a victim of these colonialist Portuguese methods, to use today these same methods adding the corruption of the wicked one against a brother African people to perpetuate its neo-colonialism in Cabinda instead of seeking peaceful coexistence with them.

The methods and the arguments are exactly the same. In the other hand this type of propaganda demonstrate that

Angola has no intention to negotiate the issue of Cabinda.

Conclusions

If the history has moments of aberration, it could have also reserved moments of repair. It is in this way that the humanity could correct certain yelling injustices.

The case of Cabinda is also clear as the cases of Western Sahara and of Timor-East.

The World powers remain silent on Cabinda to

protect their economic interests secured by Angola?

Why two weights two measurements ?

We ask to the International Community to :

- Put pressure on the Government of Angola and appeal to Portugal so that they can accept and embrace inclusive, sincere and transparent negotiations with Representatives of Cabinda chosen by its people, not by Angola, to discuss the possible solution to the issue of Cabinda.

- Recognîze the right of the people of Cabinda to emancipation and back openly the effort of an inclusive dialogue between Cabindans and than with the Angolan Government closely followed by international observers to settle the issue of Cabinda.

- To urge Angola for the gradual withdrawal of Angolan armed forces deployed in Cabinda and demilitarization of Cabinda to built the new atmosphere that favours peace.

- To take their responsibilities with the intention of organizing a referendum for self-determination in Cabinda.

- Recognîze and back the genuine effort of cabindan people and of the Liberal Forum for the Emancipation of Cabinda to find an everlasting solution for Cabinda.
