Official Rules

EligibilityNo purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States(including D.C.) ("Participant(s)" or "Entrant(s)"). Participants must be 18 years of age and older as of time of entry into the Contest. Subject to all applicable federal, state, municipal and local laws andregulations. Employees of the Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau and their advertising agency are noteligible to win.

Participation & EntriesTo enter, visit the Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureaus Facebook Page (The "Website"),http://www.facebook.com/PoconoTourism , create your Greater Than equation (Submission) usingthe Greater Maker application, complete the online entry form with photo submission, agree toaccept the terms of the Official Rules, and submit (the "Entry"). Entries must be submitted by August17, 2012 . Entries must be an equation that was created using the Greater Maker application. Allentries will be reviewed before being displayed within the application. Obscene, provocative or

otherwise questionable content will not be considered. The Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau(Sponsor) retains sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.

Copyright Any entry you submit must be your own work. Do not submit a Submission made by anyone other than yourself. You must be the sole owner of the copyright of any graphic submitted. Your submissionof the photo and entry form is your guarantee that you are the author and copyright holder of thegraphic.

Prizes A judging panel from the Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau will select one Runner-up on each of

the following 2012 dates: 5/23, 5/30, 6/6, 6/13, 6/20, 6/27, 7/4, 7/11, 7/18, 7/25, 8/1, 8/8 & 8/15. AllRunners-up will receive a Pocono Mountains t-shirt. Runners up chosen between 5/23-7/25 will befeatured in the cover photo on the Sponsors Facebook page and on the billboards and digital transitsignage throughout Philadelphia, New York City, and New Jersey. Subsequent Runners-up chosenon 8/1, 8/8, 8/15 and 8/22 will ONLY be featured on the Facebook cover photo. The final Runner-upwill be chosen Wednesday, 8/22 and posted as cover photo ONLY from Friday, 8/24 Friday 8/31.

One Grand Prize Winner will be selected by the judging panel each month from the Runners-up towin a weekend getaway to the Pocono Mountains and have their name and Submission featured onWPIX.

Prizes have no cash value and are non-transferrable.

Prize Notifications All Runner-up and Grand Prize Winners (collectively, Winners) will be notified via email within 48 hours after the judging panels selection. In the event that a potential Winner is disqualified for anyreason, the Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau will award the applicable prize to an alternate Winner among all remaining eligible entries. The Winners will also be announced on the Pocono MountainsVisitors Bureaus Facebook page after the winners identities are verified. Winners Submissions willbe displayed within 48 hours of being chosen.

Winners will be mailed their prize at the expense of the Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau within 90days of notification. If a Winner fails to respond within 14 days of being contacted, their prize will beforfeited.Publicity, Advertising and MerchandisingExcept where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes the Participant's and Winner'sirrevocable consent and release to the Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau , subsidiaries and affiliatedcompanies to use, record, reproduce, publish, display, perform and translate: (1) the name, likeness,voice, quotations, opinions biographical information and any content submitted by Participant,including without limitation their name and Submission, for promotional purposes in any media,worldwide, without further payment or consideration, and/or for any other commercial or non-commercial corporate purpose, including without limitation use on merchandise or for marketing,without attribution or further payment or compensation to the Entrant, his/her successors or assignsor any other entity.

Additional TermsSponsor assumes no responsibility for electronic hardware, programming or software malfunctions, or failures, or line connections, accessibility or availability, or technical or human failures of any kind, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of any entry or other information, or for the failure to capture any such information, or any injury or damage to persons or

property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Participant'sparticipation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize. The Pocono Mountains VisitorsBureau, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or modify or suspend this Contest or disqualify any Participant if fraud or technical failures (including but not limited to infection bycomputer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention), or any other causes beyond the controlof the Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau that the Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau determinescompromises the integrity of the Contest. By participating, each eligible Participant agrees to a.) theOfficial Rules and the decisions of the Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau which shall be final in allrespects; and b.) releases, discharges and holds harmless the Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau itsparent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees, from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the Contest and the acceptance, use, misuse, or

possession of the Prize. Participants also further acknowledge that the Pocono Mountains VisitorsBureau and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees have neither made,nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressedor implied, in fact or in law relative to any Prize of this Contest including but not limited to quality,condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor is not responsible for obscene, provocative,violent or otherwise questionable content that may be created as a result of this contest.

DisputesExcept where prohibited, Participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any Prize awarded shall be resolvedindividually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District

Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania or the appropriate state court located in Monroe County,Pennsylvania; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocketcosts incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees;and (3) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant herebywaives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damagesmultiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity,interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrantand Sponsors in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordancewith, the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of lawrules.
