The girl of the white hair

Once upon a time…

There was a kingdom where all the inhabitants had dark hair. But there was a girl who had completely white hair, and that was why she was despised by all the others. Embarrassed, the girl always wore her hair hidden under a black handkerchief.

In the ears of the prince came the news that a young woman in her kingdom did not have dark hair, but as white as snow.

"You must expel her, Your Majesty," said his advisers.

"I'm curious," said the prince. I want to meet her.

When the white-haired girl learned that the prince wanted to meet her, she was very frightened and decided to flee. He was afraid he would expel her and put her in the dungeon.

"I will not go very far with this white hair," she told herself. I'll have to do more than cover it with a handkerchief. But what can I do?

At that moment he looked out the window and saw the pigs wallow in the mud.

-That's! Said the girl. I'll paint my hair. But the mud is too heavy. I'll use the fireplace soot.

Very carefully, the girl painted her hair in black with the soot from the fireplace and fled where no one knew her so that the deception was not discovered.

When the prince arrived and did not find her decided to look for it all over the kingdom, but in secret, so that the girl did not run away any more. So he disguised himself as a shepherd and went after him.

The months passed and the prince had not found the girl. Then he had an idea.

"I'll smear my flour hair to paint it white." Surely that will catch the attention of the little girl with white hair.

And so he did. To his surprise, the prince, dressed as a shepherd, received all kinds of insults from the people who found him.

"No wonder the white-haired girl is hiding," thought the prince.

In the ears of the girl came the news that a white-haired shepherd was going around walking his sheep.

"Poor boy, I have to help you," thought the girl. And he was looking for her. When she found him, she said:

"You should not go around with that white hair." People will despise you, and if the prince finds out, he will come to you and shut you up. Come, I'll help you hide.

"Why do you help me?" The pastor asked, feeling his heart beating a thousand times an hour.

"It is not fair to be rejected because of your hair color," said the girl, who had taken delight in the courageous shepherd who dared to travel with his white hair.

Neither of them had realized that the sky had been covered with storm clouds. And it began to rain on the seas.

-Your hair! Cried the shepherd. It is white! I found you, at last!

"And yours is black!" Said the girl. But why did you look for me? Oh no! You've fooled me. You will take me to the prince and he will lock me up.

"I am the prince and I do not want to hurt you," the shepherd said. I'll prove it to you.

And with a whistle appeared all his entourage with his royal set.

"I just wanted to meet you," said the prince, nothing more. Come with me. I promise not to hurt you.

The little girl went with the prince of the hand walking all over the kingdom. As they passed, they all bowed, thinking they were his betrothed.

No one else ever messed with the girl with the white hair, who has become the prince's inseparable friend. Whether she will become a princess or not, that only time will tell.
