Thanks for coming back to read the third

chapter of The Gemm Legacy! In the last

chapter River and Michelle raised their

three children: Rayna, Colby and Pepper

Jack. The kids left for college and the heir

poll decided that Rayna was to be the nextheiress of this legacy!

This is the house that Rayna, Colby, Pepper Jack andMarsha Bruenig (PJs longtime girlfriend) moved into aftergraduating high school and moving out of their parentshouse. Its a small three bedroom home, but it will have towork for now. Once they start earning some money forthose good grades, Ill be able to expand the home.

Time to show you what everyone looks like all grown up!

Rayna, the oldest of the Gemm children, is a lovely young

adult. Remember that her aspirations are fortune/romance

and she wants to become a rock god! Rayna is majoring in

theatre hopefully this will help with her onstage presence

as a rock god when that time comes later in life.

Miss Colby looking very pretty in pink is a family/knowledge

aspiration combo. Her secondary knowledge aspiration plays a bigpart in her lifetime want to max all seven skills. So far shes wellon her way to that lifetime want and I see her achieving it beforethe end of her freshman year at Sim State University! Colby ismajoring in art something shes had a passion for since early

childhood. Definitely something she gets from her dad River!

And last, but definitely not least is PJ and Marsha. PepperJack has the aspirations knowledge/romance. His lifetimewant is to become an education minister. He is majoring inpolitics something his mother Michelle Gemm candefinitely help with when it comes time to finals. Shesalmost at the top of that career (which is her lifetime

want)!

Right away Rayna discovered that she could skip

the lectures and chat with her professors to earnthe grade. She not only builds friendships thisway, but shes also earning some stellar grades sofar. Looks like shes going to be the teachers pet

this semester.

Pepper Jack and Marsha are a cute couple. They

have been friends since elementary school and

sweethearts since their high school days. Theyre

sharing a room together in college and are

enjoying spending so much time together.

Raynas life time want is

to become a rock god!

Since she has so muchspare time on her hands

what with not having to

go to class and all she

spends much of itrocking out downtown.

Although, I must say, I

think she needs to find a

better joint to sing in ifMrs. Crumplebottom is

her only audience

member!

A woman of many talents, not only can she sing,

but Rayna can get her fellow party goes to shake it

on the dance floor! Working as a DJ will start toget Rayna Gemms name to become well known

in her college town. Hopefully this will help her

advance in her career post graduation.

Colby is a pretty quiet individual. Shes a

family/knowledge aspiration combo and it

certainly shows. She prefers to stay at home and

study shes the complete opposite of her rocker

sister.

That doesnt mean shes atotal hermit though.Colby enjoys meeting and

greeting with her peers.Phoenix was one of thefirst to drop by andintroduce himself. Hed

heard there were twins oncampus named after typesof cheese and he just hadto come see it for himself.

Turns out, he is a big fanof grilled cheese as well!This instantly struck upconversation between himand Colby.

Speaking of cheeses Michelle didnt let her

three children off to college without knowing howto whip up a mean grilled cheese sandwich! It is a

quick and easy meal that the kids enjoy pretty

frequently these days.

After the first year of college has gone by Rayna,

Colby and PJ all earned 4.0s! This means lots ofmoney to spend updating their small home. Rayna

spent her share of the money on a new guitar

something she spends a lot of time using.

Its the sophomore year and

Raynas secondary romance

aspiration is starting to kick in!

With all of her time spentpicking the guitar, she barely has

time to study. Good thing her

Professor Zion adores her she

gives him a good time and he

gives her a good grade!

High school sweethearts

Marsha and Pepper Jack

continue to thrive intheir relationship. They

are so deeply in love

with each other and

enjoy spending as muchtime together as

possible. Living together

in college works out

perfectly for the couple it has only brought

them even closer than

they already were.

Rayna has no personal

interest in Zion and finds

him a bit dull. Shesdefinitely a partier and

gets her thrills rocking

out on the dance floor.

Zion didnt join in herdancing that night, but

watched as she had a

blast all alone. Of course

the night ended with alittle smooching and a

little boost in Raynas

grade.

Colbys still the complete opposite of her big sis! Her

lifetime want is to max all of her skills and this issomething shes working hard to achieve! Its not easybeing in college and having to study all the time forclasses. On top of all her homework and essays, Colbymanages to find bits of time where she can work on

maxing her skills.

Raynas secondary romance aspiration definitely shinesthrough at times. Bored with her dating life, Rayna spicesthings up by adding a new love interest to her list. Gary, from

her music theory class, stops by for dinner one night andleaves with more than a full belly! Rayna was pleased withher nights success Gary was definitely more fun to hangout with than her boring professor Zion. Plus Gary is moreher type the tattooed all over rocker look is one of Raynas

turn ons!

Its the senior year and school has never been

easier for the four young adults in the house.Marsha has picked up a new hobby flowerarranging! Shes pretty good at it too. It didnttake her long to start earning badges and

progressing with her arrangements.

Ever since Professor Zion has been taking Rayna out on

dates, her feelings towards him have changed. Now thattheir relationship is more than just woohoo, she is startingto develop feelings for her teacher! She always has a funtime with him and shes even starting to bring out hisyounger side! Maybe soon shell have him dancing in

clubs!?

Zion has definitely brought out the softer side in

Rayna. Shes always been a sweet girl, but never

been the type to fall in love. Thats just not the

way for someone with a secondary romance

aspiration. Zion has without a doubt changed her.

Tired of putting moreeffort into her studiesthan into her love life,Colby decides shedoesnt want to be theonly one of her siblingsnot in love! She hires

Glenda the matchmakerand even though sheonly pays nine hundred,she got someone she has

two chemistry boltswith immediately!Dorian Kaulker the copand Colby hit it off rightaway.

The chemistry betweenDorian and Colby wasundeniable. Theypractically fell in love ontheir first date. At leastColby practically fell inlove with him anyway.

Shes a softie at heart andmelted when they saidgoodnight and he leanedin and gave Colby her

first kiss! Its about timetoo the kids have theirfinal exams of theircollege career tomorrow!

The night that Colby got her first kiss with Dorian

was also a good night for her twin. Pepper Jack

decided that after six years together, it was finallytime to make things official with Marsha. He

dropped to his knee, pulled out a ring and made

his girlfriend his bride-to-be. It was a good night

for everyone in the house.

The final exams went off without a hitch the

following morning and everyone graduatedcollege with a 3.5 or higher! Rayna and Colbycalled their boyfriends over to celebrate. Zion wasthrilled to hear that his student, and longtime love,

graduated with a 4.0!

Colby graduated with a

4.0 as well. She invitedDorian over to celebrate!

He was so proud of her

and let her know with a

big kiss!These two have only

been dating for an

extremely short amount

of time, but theyrealready falling in love

with each other.

Which is why Colby decided not to hesitate when

she felt the want to get engaged! Dorian and she

fell in love on the front lawn and as soon as Colby

knew she wanted to spend the rest of her life with

him, she let Dorian know with a proposal!

Over the past four years Zion and Rayna havent always

had the head over heels love for each other, but onceRayna felt that she wanted to marry her professor she knewit was time to propose. The last night in her college home,she popped the question over a delicious dinner of grilledcheese. Zion couldnt have been happier and accepted the

proposal without hesitation!

Well start out the spares update with the oldest twin Colby

Gemm! In college she met Doran Kaulker on a blind datevia matchmaker. They hit it off instantly and only after

about a week of dating, fell in love and got engaged. Now

they are the proud home owners of a four bedroom all

brick house with a pond out back for fishing.

Colby wore her mother

Michelles old wedding

gown to her ownwedding and said her

vows to Dorian. She

dropped her last name

Gemm and became Mrs.Dorian Kaulker on a

sunny summer afternoon

in front of their new

home. Colby, as a familyaspiration sim, was

thrilled and couldnt wait

to start trying for a baby!

It didnt take long before her and Dorians dream

of becoming parents together was more realitythan fantasy! Dorian and Colby are now expecting

their first little boy or girl together and couldnt be

any more proud or excited!

Things have been going so

well aspirationally for the

Kaulkers lately that the

matchmaker dropped by witha special gift the magic

lamp! Thank goodness too,

because love cant pay the

bills unfortunately. OnColbys due date she made

three wishes for wealth and

was granted a total of fifteen

thousand dollars. It was used

to furnish the living room,kitchen and of course the

nursery for their little ones

arrival!

That night Colby not only became the proudmother of one baby, but two! After a few huffs

and puff and a big twirl (or in this case two bigtwirls!) Colby and Dorian were blessed with a boyand a girl with blonde hair and blue eyes. Theycouldnt look more like their mom if they tried.Colby named her children Roman and Rylee.

Roman and Rylee were calm infants and hardly

ever cried. Dorian and Colby lucked out with thisset of twins. Their natural born twins were a piece

of cake to raise throughout their baby years.

Hopefully things dont change in the terrible twos!

Colby found out that she was going to be a mother once

again on the twins birthday! Roman and Rylee were sucheasy babies that the news of a new pregnancy didnt worryeither Dorian or his lovely young wife. They were bothover the moon to be parents again. They were even moreexcited to see how their little ones would be as big brother

and sister!

Roman and Rylee are

cute as can be! They

look so much like theirmother its almost scary.

Both with stick straight

blonde hair and bright

blue eyes, they definitelylook like Gemm

children. Theyre sweet

as can be too, which

makes them even thatmuch more adorable!

The toddler years for the twins were pretty tough mainly

due to the fact that they welcomed twin siblings into thefamily during this time! Two sets of natural born twins I

hope this pattern doesnt last all generation! Regardless,

Roman and Rylee grew up to be adorable children and are

even starting to look more like their father Dorian.

Adding another set of twins to the family was a

shock and enough to make the Kaulker clancomplete! The new set of twins, named Kale and

Kate, were both blonde haired and blue eyed and

of course as cute as could be!

Now that weve seen how Colbys life ended up, its time

to check up on her twin! Pepper Jack and Marsha gotmarried right away. They didnt want anything lavish and

said their I dos in the living room of their new home. PJ

quickly found a job at a local elementary school and

focused on advancing as quickly as possible.

While Pepper Jack was molding young minds,

Marsha expanded her flower arranging skills athome. She really enjoys her hobby and is able to

stay at home and sell her flowers instead of

working outside their home.

Which works out wonderfully because Marsha and Pepper

Jack welcomed twins into their family soon after tying theknot! Baby girl Jessie and baby boy James have brown hairand blue eyes. They are a good mix of both parents.

I really, really, really hope that three sets of twins thisgeneration isnt a sign of things to come. If Rayna only has

twin pregnancies I just might lose it!
