The Falls Church Fellows program is a nine-month, spiritual formation and leadership program in its 28th year at our church. It focuses on intentional vocational growth, practical discipleship experiences, service, and family liv-ing, all in the context of our community of believers. Fellows are recent college graduates who want to establish healthy Christian habits of heart and mind, and launch into seamless lives of faith for the sake of others and the glory of God. Throughout this year, Fellows join in the life and community of our church. They live with host families, are mentored by parishioners, and disciple small groups of students in our youth ministry. While working three days each week in their professional field, Fellows also explore God’s calling in their lives through professional seminars, Bible study, seminary courses, and vocational counseling. Fellows are challenged to start well in this new stage of life. Join us! There are lots of ways to be involved including being a host family, an employer and mentor, a seminar leader, and more.
