• I’ve been pondering :
– What gives me a ‘sense of pride’?– What gives me ‘instant vanity’
• One of the things that comes first to my mind is the the way people ‘respond’ to my posts on facebook.
Some info…
• My facebook profile is facebook.com/rodinhood
• I have 5000 friends & 1150 subscribers = 6150 ‘audience’
• One of my best posts has been ‘My Company has paid salaries without a day’s delay for 156 months non-stop’
Now, for each of my important posts, this is the way I look my “Vanity Pyramid
And here is my Vanity Pyramid Scores GAMIFIED for my best post.
(Vps score = action per level / audience as %)
So?
• If social media is your business, then benchmark your work with ‘Vanity’ scores
• If you are a FB ‘professional’ then measure your effectiveness per post.
• If you are just a casual FB user, then use the Vanity Pyramid to figure how many of your friends like ‘what’ you say.
